about the indian tea/chai- you can go for the darjeeling ones from taj mahal. there is one called 'tata tea gold'. they are like the 'basic tea' a normal indian would drink. plus they good
hii fernanda!! For the shai or tea i would recommend the English breakfast tea at normal supermarkets and Sri Lankan tea in green packaging is amazing, highly recommend!!
the best chai you can get imo is the tea india orange pekoe black tea bags. u can make chai two ways. so the first way is u can just boil the water in a kettle and add tea bag plus milk or sugar to taste and the second way is a little more complicated but tastes sm better. basically u boil water in a small saucepan, then take cardamom and put it in when it starts simmering then u wait till it comes to a boil and add in the tea bags, let the water sit with the tea bags until it seems steeped then u would want to add sugar or sweetener and let that sit for a bit then finally u lower the heat and add milk, when u are done that u can let the milk boil a couple times (you want to see froth and bubbles) till it becomes a orangey chai colour! sorry idk if this makes sense but it's my suggestion for indian tea:))
