banana split protein smoothie: 1 frozen banana, 2 tbsp pb2 powder, plain greek yogurt, frozen strawberries and/or berry jam, protein chocolate almond milk or fairlife chocolate protein milk, optional additions: frozen pineapple, any nut butter, raspberry sorbet. lots of protein, and taste just like a banana split so goood

I recommend trying smoothies with orange juice etc. for the liquid (technically a fruitie?), you can also add honey into the mix to use as sweetener. I like my smoothies with frozen strawberries, banana, blueberries and orange juice. I freeze my strawberries with a little bit of sugar so it's enough for me. There's probably lots of fruits to try there, like papaya, here in Finland it's more expensive so I usually add berries that grow here, like sea buckthorns or currants.

I love your channel so much and you are my go - to channel for any occasion, your most definitely not going to see this but if you do I'm just letting you know that for your soap dispenser there's this type of liquid you can get and when you mix a bit with a huge amount of water you get soap and its very eco friendly and cheap, and it lasts a very long time + my mum has a aesthetic shop for people in their 20s to 30s and there's very cute things I think would match you aesthetic!
i know it's completely different from faux/real flowers but you could make beaded flowers!! there's lots of tutorials on youtube and pinterest for them. or even doing pipecleaner flowers too to brighten up your living space!! plus its a fun pass time when everything else feels boring to you.

a couple organizational/every day ideas- with your cups, try turning them upside down. i used to keep mine right-side-up, and i found a bug in one of them T0T trust me, they're not even safe in the cupboards. and as for when you were struggling to pour soy sauce(?) into that bottle, try placing a straw/chopstick in the bottle and pouring against it, it helps to lessen spills

Ooooh I recommend trying an acai bowl. Many stores sell frozen acai packets (I accidentally bought ones that come pre-sweetened), and I usually mix one packet with bananas, blueberries, and/or strawberries. They're my favorite to eat in the summer
i work at a place that sells smoothies and my biggest tips would be to use fruit juice like apple, cranberry etc (has a bit more natural sugar but worth it) and also yogurt instead of milk and ice makes it smoother and less "icey" lol. Then adding a protien scoop is always good too!!
Slice 2 bananas and a add alat of strawberrys but in a bag put in the freezer and leave it for 2 or 3 hours the longer the better then put in a blender milk and some honey or sugar honeys a better option then blend till uou like it enjoy
With the kitchen counter extension, you can actually adjust the bottom pegs (the black things you twisted on) to adjust the height and make it perfectly match the counter!
I use an agave based syrup (maple syrup works too), honey, and/or vanilla extract to accentuate the sweetness of my smoothies if you want sugar alternatives that won't leave you crashing!
For a little bit of sweetness in my smoothies, I love to add just a little bit (not a full packet… I keep it in a jar and sprinkle some) of vanilla breakfast essential powder. Probably not the healthiest option, but a yummy sweetness 🥰 also, adding chia seeds and spinach to any smoothie! They don’t change the flavor and are good to get into your system!

girl I got a recipe I know you would LOVE for smoothies (key word: peanut butter) -frozen ripe banana -peanut butter -chocolate protein powder (or just reg protein powder and cocoa powder) -frozen milk (any kind works) -non frozen milk By using no ice and relying on the ingredients for freezing, it makes the smoothie so much more flavorful, trust me its such a huge difference from adding ice! For myself I usually do 1 frozen banana, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp chocolate protein powder, 1/4 cup frozen almond milk, and just gradually add a small amount of non frozen milk until everything blends together nicely. To make it lower calorie/fat, I've been using peanut butter powder instead of peanut butter. (Tried using PB2 peanut butter chocolate powder but I can only taste the chocolate in it, so i'd just go for regular peanut butter powder).
aah I'm also a smoothie girly! best ones I make are strawberry and banana but blend it with a few spoons of oats and one serving of a cinnamon-esque protein powder. Add a dash of zero sugar syrup and greek yoghurt - you've got the best creamy smoothie hands down 💖

Banana chocolate Almond butter bowl: 1-2 frozen bananas, depending on how sweet you like your smoothies About a tablespoon of cocoa powder, I like mine with plenty A tablespoon of almond butter. Almond milk, about 4-8oz, I'm not sure about the measurements since I tend to eyeball things for this one. A small splash of vanilla extract (optional) I personally find it works well with the chocolate but it isnt necessary. A few icecubes (optional) you can add them if you feel the smoothie needs them Greens smoothie: 1 handful of kale 1 handful of spinach (should fill up a decent part of the blender😊) 10oz of apple juice, fair warning juice has a decent amount of sugar normally so you might want to sub something like water for part of it 1/2 cup frozen strawberries 1/2 cup frozen pineapple Enjoy!

4:31 um so a Tipp for pasta cook it in a pot with like the half filled with water , then add salt and let the pasta sit for 10 minutes
