I really like these projects. They look like a fun craft to make. I may try these with my granddaughter this summer. She’s turning 14, but still loves to craft with me and she is very artistic. Thank you for sharing your project with us! 😊🐚🌊🏖
Thank you for this video! I know I was one of the ones who asked for it. Ingenious using a piece of aluminum foil to change the shape of the sand dollar. What is the color of a real sand dollar? No I do not live near an ocean, and it’s difficult for me to be in the sun. ☀️ love the star fish. I can’t wait to give it a try. Thank you for answering your subscribers and sharing your wonderful talent and creativity with us. Thank you
Thanks @evelynne conrad! I think a living sand dollar is a darker color (brown, grey, or purple) and once they wash up on the beach, the sun bleaches them to various shades of white.
Omg what a wonderful idea..this reminds me of my school project I did many years ago..thanku or the recipe and the memories of my dad and me doing my project..saving this recipe..tyfs♡ love all of them..♡
Loved the outcome of your starfish project! and I also appreciated seeing how you used them in an easy coastal decoration!! We can all easily put together that seaside look in a box! Have a Happy 4th of July. We here in France are getting ready to commemorate the D Day landings. Many blessings to everyone!
I’m so glad you shared this ingenious idea!! I love all 3, and I’m so excited that we can make faux ones instead of using real ones that suffered and died just to become a decor piece. Perfect!! ❤️❤️🤗🤗
Very nice!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 I'm thinking of sticking bubble plastic wrap on them_ not the finger one 😅, and then paint them. Thanks for sharing! Salutations from Spain 💃
Hello! I'm sorry but i have a quick question about the starfish. Did you say you cook them at 200 degrees for an hour and then turn them over and cook them for another hour? And do you physically flip them over upside-down? Wont that damage them? And 200 degrees Fahrenheit? I'm sorry, I'm new to this and english is not my main language, but I'm trying to learn. In the meantime, stay safe and healthy! 😊
That's great that your learning English. I am happy to answer your questions. Yes, 200 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour then I just carefully turned them over and bake them for another hour. They will be fairly hard after the first hour so it's not too hard to turn them over.
This is absolutely the best illustration I have seen anyone make a sand dollar and a starfish. 😊
Thank you so much 😊
