I don't live anywhere near the beach but boy this grouping of do-it-yourself Christmas decorations really made me want to be near one today. These are so cute
I love the idea for the ships wheel. I had a foam wreath wreath that I had covered with yarn but never used. So I took the yarn off and my husband went to the dollar store and came back with large screwdrivers. My wreath form is larger than yours and the screwdrivers didn't meet in the middle like yours. I'd like to warn others out there that it's very difficult to get the screwdrivers level and even. I guess if you made a lot of these you would get the hang of it more easily. I'm going to hang mine on the wall for my Christmas nautical theme. I painted the wreath white, painted the handles of the screwdrivers turquoise, painted a paper plate turquoise and cut out a round shiny piece of cardboard for the middle of the wheel. I painted two wooden anchors turquoise. I then covered the wreath in a silver hologram sparkle paint. That really gives it a more glamorous touch and less realistic!! I wrapped the jute twine around four of the sections of the wreath and hung two of the wooden anchors from two of the twine wrapped areas. I think it's the most ingenious use of screwdrivers ever!! Thank you so much for this idea I can't wait to show my friends and family what I made with a wreath form and screwdrivers!!
I love these crafts. My sister loves the beach and that is the theme for her house so these will be great gifts for her birthday which is today and Christmas. Thank you very much for your crafts.

At 6:59 point in the video you said everything just looks like sand instead of painting the letters and it gave me such a cool thought of what about using a stencil and mod podge and using the letters you want to spell out use the mod podge and while it’s wet apply dollar tree fine sand on the letters and writing the letters out in actual sand. Omg how cute. I think if I recreate this I will use the sand on stencil and see how it comes out or even IF it comes out. Thanks for the inspiration. Happy crafting

I absolutely love every single one of these ornaments.... I am starting to stock my Christmas inventory for my 1st year of business and your video has been so inspiring. I'll be using mostly hand picked from the beach shells but either way tysm for this. OMG. IN ❤️with the tree topper ❤️❤️❤️❤️
