Some of the noses were completely different. They had more of a convex shape . And knowing that painters were almost forced to embellish their models, I think the computer images didn’t do that much justice to the real features of girls faces.
They were all inbred and much less attractive than any of their portraits. I believe this person made them look more attractive, and it's probably the exact opposite.

They made the lips smaller in painting than they were in reality. The fashion of how they portrayed people differentiated so now and then. So both woman didn't have those small lips in real life as portrayed here and often big noses or big eyes are sometimes not as much the case as well depending on the time it was painted.
