This is heartbreaking . The Math teacher part especially. What could a child be growing through so much at home that he’s so angry . They all are so angry...and disrespectful.
@@Bdawg20 The thing is that the parents are that way because they also grew up in this type of environment. These places have been systemically fucked for so long that it turned into a vicious cycle.
These poor children have no emotional regulation. Everything starts at home. Their environment has shaped them and now they do not know how to effectively express themselves without anger.
Went to a school similar to this. Not fun. Joined the military after years of shit like this. Kids could use the discipline. Sadly society won’t give them the opportunity cus it’s seen as cruel
I teach in a high needs district (high poverty, lots of broken homes, lots of angry/undisciplined kids due to life struggles and absent or bad parenting) but oh my god, I have the utmost respect for every person that chooses to work in a school like this. Many classrooms in my school have a student or two like these, but I cannot IMAGINE what it would be like to have that be your entire student body. I feel like my stress levels would be constantly elevated, constantly breaking up fights, surrounded by kids who haven't learned respect and are angry, failed by the people around them.
Not only patience, but compassion and empathy as well! There's a line in one of my favorite songs and it says "my windows crack they can be replaced, but your arm will tire throwing stones my way" that coach is trying to teach just that..Hats off to them all❤️
This is really sad, I feel bad for the kids. It's not even their fault, just the environment they grow-up in. I'd say 99% of the time it's true that your environment molds you, at least until you're old enough to be aware enough of it to start making a change (if that time ever comes). The problem with all of these situations is the parents, like at 11:00-11:45 the mom starts saying "Well maybe my daughter stabbed the boy because she is being provoked and nothing is being done about it". The problem is not your daughter being provoked but the fact that she responds with extreme violence when it happens. Stabbing someone is obviously not an appropriate response, and the mother's defense of her actions is telling the child that the response is justified. Disgusting.
It's just the mentality of diverting responsibility, ignoring the consequences of your own actions at the expense of others who may have acted wrong. The fact that the mother justified the daughter's actions is only cementing the idea that she acted appropriately. I'm sure on the car ride home, the mother was saying "Well it really isn't right that those kids are bullying you and the teachers aren't doing anything about it and blah blah blah". And the girl's children will likely be subject to the same fate, we can only hope that situations get better with the spread of communication and the new world we live in, but many-a-time the cycle repeats. I applaud those who break away from their situation and surround themselves with better people.

And she wants to act like a frickin psychologist saying that her anger and violence and anger is how she expresses herself when she's not being heard....okay well you raised her? That's learned behavior.

The amount of patience these teachers have is astounding.

Disgusting.
Good point
When I heard the mom justify I was thinking ohhhh myyy
This place is fucken insane 😰
