Those two bed mattress could use couch cushion slip covers. I have some I ordered through Amazon and I have a similar setup as your build but I use the second mattress as a backrest like a couch. I also first put sheets on the mattresses and secure them from underneath then flip them over and install the slip covers on opposite side then I am able to deploy the bed setup quicker by just flipping the mattresses from couch mode
