Oh, goodness! I was there! Such a long time ago, when I went to everything Thomas Hampson, bought every one of his records, lined up at the gift shop to get his autograph on my CD. I think they subtitled this From Bach to Berlin. Filled the house with his commanding performance of Soliloquy; so sweetly put his arm around Kathleen Battle's shoulder when she bungled a line. What an evening!!!
