Love the angle on these Hampton shows -- can really see all the boys' fretboard work. They were in great form on this one -- good energy, lots of interesting experimentation; ie Bobby doing that low-voice thing, Jerry holding repeating phrases in solos... Lots of bounding about theatrics by Bobby, gotta love him ...but Jerry just raises a fist and the whole place goes nuts ...ah, great memories, great times. Soothes the soul, and much needed it is. Thanks very much.
I was right in front of Jerry about 5 ft back from the stage for this show. Not much room to dance, but man, it was cool to be right there. The Other One is insane. Great show.
I used to get all these on “VCD” back in the day. Have a stack of like 200 of them that are now useless thanks to RUclips. Lol. Although no commercials watching the VCD’s. But a lot of them had the original sound caught by the camera. It’s great people marched up video with good audio sources.
