Hi friends, thanks for the continued support! People often ask how they can help me with my work, but can't commit to a Patreon subscription. Watching and sharing my videos is more than enough of a contribution, however if you are someone who would like to help fund one of my 'free' clean up jobs without signing up to anything, I now have a 'Buy Me a Coffee' page. You can donate $5 or more if this is something which interests you :) www.buymeacoffee.com/bladematelL Kind regards Sean
I love that most of your commenters are good people, only saw one "that is lazy" comment. What people who don't live with chronic pain don't understand is that it is exhausting. Getting a good night's sleep doesn't happen, so you wake up tired every morning. And going through life with constant pain wears you out. Everything seems like a huge hurdle. Kudos to you, Sean, for all that you do and for your compassionate heart. I wish I had someone like you in my life. Instead, I have a jerk who keeps reporting me to the city. He mows his lawn and the church lawn TWICE a week unless there is snow on the ground, and wants to hold me to that standard. It isn't possible.
Good one Sean! That trash was a little over the top. You are so nice to pick that up for her and haul it out. Hopefully she has someone to help her put the big stuff to the curb. It really upsets me that in these times the family doesn't help or even the neighbors. There is so little compassion in the world today. Thank God they have you Sean. You are a blessing to those in need. God bless you and your family! Watching as always from Ohio, USA.
The clean up and the work done to get things back in shape will certainly go a long way in lifting the spirits of this customer. I am sure she is feeling so grateful for the hard work that has been done here.
It is great that you not only helped this lady by cleaning up her yard, but you also acknowledged the work that she had already done on it, in spite of her health problems. Thank you for showing such consideration to how she must feel - you are always a true gentleman.
I'm old, I vowed to never let my wheelie bin go empty on collection day, so I whip out my disabled husband's reciprocating saw and if I see something that needs to go and it's too big to fit in the bin, I cut it up first. I also walk the yard periodically and if something looked unnecessary, dead, or worn out, I tossed it in the bin. Slow and steady gets it done even when you're in your 70s and you're not in the best of health. I'm lucky I don't have arthritis, so I have full use of my hands, and only have to contend with wrist pain from carpel tunnel issues and worn-out knees.
I hope by now you have had a carpal tunnel syndrome operation. I had it done on each one of my wrists and it changed my life. No more swelling no more pain. Each took about a week to heal was very little scarring which that part didn't matter to me. Good luck to you
You are by far, my favorite lawn care specialist. You pay attention to detail and move items around to make things right. You just don't cut around it. Incredible job!💕❤
Sean is my fave lawn care person also. Just so smart with it all, plans and just gets stuck in. Excellent editing skills too. He taught me to whipper snip properly too
The fact you go above and beyond to clean up these yards is legendary. Absolute rippa of a human you are. Hope you have a long life full of good fortune for what you do
I know what it is like to be unable to do the things you want. You give these folks more than a clean yard-----you give them hope. To look at something like that yard and know there is nothing you can do, is depressing and gives a feeling of defeat. You give them a fresh look on life and give them hope. God bless you and keep up the good work. You are a blessing.
As always, you take the time to explain how it got to that place and not make fun of the homeowner or shame them. It is obvious they at least tried to make a difference in the backyard. You are doing amazing work. The world needs more people like you out there.
I can't imagine the amount of stress that yard has given here. Stress cause a lot of illnesses. Hopefully she will feel better physically as well as mentally. Good job.
"You can tell a lot about a man by the company he keeps" - The fact you always have someone willing to get in and help you on these projects, and with a smile is indicative of your true character, Sean. So proud of the woman for her hard effort. What a great result and so well deserved. Thanks to you and your team, she can focus on holding a cuppa and admiring her yard. Terrific job guys!
Sean it’s amazing how hard you work on these peoples yards. I love that you don’t judge and always help the people regain their yards back. God continue to bless you 🙏🏼👏🏽🌟🌹😊.
Poor lady, she really deserved this yard transformation! So many elderly have health issues that prevent them from doing what they once loved to do. So grateful that you two guys stepped up to help. Compassionate people are too few in this world. Beautiful makeover!
I am from the UK and I had no problem understanding that you are doing what you always do and help people that need help. I didn’t see any need for verification nor was I offered a choice of videos. You will always get people that want there ‘t’ and ‘I’ dotted. Carry on your splendid work ethic and losing that particular subscriber will be replaced with my husband’s subscription! Looking forward to our next venture with you. Love your videos!
Here in California that rake/hoe is called a McLeod tool. It’s used to clear trails and to remove brush during wlldfires. Fantastic job you two did to clear that yard, especially in summer heat!
WOW you know I thought it wasn't a lot of work because the perspective of the camera does not equal in-person view but when finished you can see the amount of work you had to do. Great job guys and Nathan thanks for standing up and lending a hand you are a legend man.
I’m speechless! These clean up jobs you take on are so difficult and you keep on doing them. You are one man that’s not afraid to work. You’re outstanding!
WTG Sean. Another job done well and much deserving. I hope the lovely lady that lives there can hang her washing with ease and enjoy some sunshine and peace in the new open space you have brought back to her. Keep on paying it forward mate your doing a smashing job. As a Disabled woman in her 50s i truly appreciate the kindness and caring you give to those that can not do for themselves. All us that follow you and your offsiders progress with every video you post enjoy the end results of your hard work sweat and energy. I truly appreciate what your channel is striving to achieve. May your gardens always be lush and your machines hum to the sound of success.
As a retired golf course superintendent with many years of landscaping I'm finding myself becoming addicted to your videos. I love what you are doing and wish I was young again so I could do this type of work. God bless you my friend. I will be supporting your efforts. 👍✌
Dynamic duo! Wow! I am sure that she is just loving at the backyard so far. Hope the rest will be gone shortly. Nothing like this to inspire a person to feel better! You are truly an inspiration to all of us to do better by our neighbors. Thanks 😊
To paraphrase Crocodile Dundee, "That's not a rake ... now that's a RAKE!" 😂. Good job Sean and Nathan. It's no wonder that the Lady owner could only mow a small patch, so much trash! Edit for typo.
Ive said it before and I’ll say it again - you Sean are a legend for doing what you do, the world would be such a better place if we all helped out others in our communities instead of just criticising and bitching and ignoring. Well done mate
Thanks Arnold. Unfortunately being mean and critical is the path of least resistance for some. It's easier than looking inwards and seeing one's own faults.
Simply another outstanding job you and Nathan completed. Your charitable generosity surely is becoming legendary there in the Hunter Valley. I like your simple approach to explaining the tough situations your "customers" are dealing with and moving on. It gives us viewers a bit of understanding but shields the client from unwanted attention and/or ridicule. Well done my friend...well done.
Thanks Paul. I appreciate that you're picking up what I'm putting down regarding my approach to discussing clients. Unfortunately unless I shove a camera in someone's face, there are some who will simply suggest I'm making it all up. That's the world we live in unfortunately.
So, impressed by the person that you are! Enjoy what you teach and explain…..and….I love the music! I am an Army vet with PTSD and know that all days are not equal. If more of us were like you! Could not count the many times you bent over or all the raking required in this job, amazing…must be quite tiring. You are are a wonderful human and I appreciate that! You’re simply the best!
Looking amazing as always. Top work Sean. Bet the client was so happy. Amazing story. That even with her disability she still tried to mow her lawn and took 7 hours. So glad you were able to help her out.
Just now getting to view this video and as usual it was a good’n ‼️ I know the lady of the house appreciates all you have done ‼️ Keep up the good work ‼️ At 75 I have someone do my yard for me but I help him in his efforts to help the homeless when I can ❤️❤️ He has a heart like yours ‼️‼️Be safe and I am so glad Nathan came out to lend a hand ‼️‼️‼️‼️If I were closer I would help out too 😍🥰😘
I worked with a lady whose hands were gnarled like tree roots by arthritis. She was determined to be remembered by her family through her hands. She tied a baby quilt for her upcoming grandbaby because she couldn't hold a pencil let alone sew. I'm so glad you find these folks in need of the manly art of giving a damn. 👏
Watching videos of lawn care by you is very satisfying. Today, with the clean up you two did for the lady, was as satisfying the mowing. Thank you for sharing your videos.
Hi Sean & Nathan, this one is from 1 yr ago now January 27, 2023) Wow this one was not only tall grass but trash everywhere !! Thanks Nathan for helping Sean with all the trash & branches everywhere! You sure helped this woman, since her hands were in bad shape, You are so Kind & Helpful!! I just love watching your Video`s, the detailing is what I like the most! Will be watching more & more of your video`s!! Oh, I love your Music you put on ❣ Take care & stay safe! Have a Good Work Week & a Wonderful Weekend with Family!! 💖 Love from Central Illinois USA 🥰😎❤
It's amazing how you Sean can help not only her lawn needs but her psychological needs as well. This will give her a sense of relief and a space to spend time in her yard to heal in a sense. You are an empath I believe, highly sensitive to others needs.
Outstanding result Sean, glad you had Nathan to help with this fantastic transformation, although you are a huge powerhouse on your own. Love what you do to help the community. You are the best role model to me. Keep putting out your love and care for those less fortunate and thank you for letting us view what you do. Love watching your channel.👏🧡

I watched this video last night and decided to watch it again....what a night and day transformation...wish I lived close to you for at least six months out of the year (It's cold in my neck-of-the-woods now) I could enjoy doing some fun work like what you enjoy my friend....Stay Safe and Keep Making These People Happy as well as Us (Your dedicated viewers) !!!!!!
The lady has got to be so happy to have a usable yard again and a weight off her mind to have all that rubbish and detritus gone; it will make it that much easier for her to have a go at maintaining it herself when she's able. Well done guys, a good job well done as usual.
I just love these special videos you go above and beyound the norm ..Thats why your my number one fav channel on youtube..You have a heart of gold ..The respect and help you show these people is priceless ..Thank you Sean and Nathan another job well done
I like these makeovers and I can understand how it can get out of control. Often these big old yard become dumping grounds and too hard to manage. I myself honestly had a fear of lawn mowers, hated the noise and I think it was from being hit by a stray rock as a kid. I’ve managed to move on over the last 2 years and now my own lawn and even buy my first ever mower. I don’t mind it now and especially that feeling of satisfaction when it’s mowed and nest. I don’t even have a large lawn but managed to hand weeds 2 foot high through parts for a few years, now there’s none, just pull them out as they pop up. I appreciate all this work you do for those that need it, I know how much the recipient would really appreciate it.
Tip of the hat to you guys for doing the rubbish clean up for this lady. Most others would have run away from this. Another great job met head on and no corners cut! Cheers mate(s)!
Just like every other time...it was worth the small wait A WONDERFUL first day's work...the lawn looks excellent already! See you for for next installment! 👏👏👏❤😊
Every time is so heartwarming, to hear how you make someone's day by offering them a free clean up n mow😃🤗💝 People like yourself are rare Sean and very special and I know that there are still many other, selfless humans, left in this 'look after #1' world😟 Blessings 🙏
Good timing with a council curb pick for the big stuff. We only see them in election years. Nice of Nathan to help out. Hardworkers, both of you. Nice one, Sean and Nathan. And to the lady of the house, cheers for doing an amazing job with what you can do. Edited to add, those feral trees dropped in by birds are a right pita.
What an awesome job you did. I have arthritis also and I know that it feels bad to look at a mess you've made and feel the regret that you are not able to fix it. Your help is a lift to her spirit and may help her turn some things around. You are a blessing to many people who despair of getting out of a situation that seems hopeless. May God richly bless you. There are two identical videos listed by You Tube.
You guys did a great job, like you said she tried to do what she could but her limitations prevented her to do anymore, thanks Sean for how much you care for others. Have a great weekend.
Wow, that was a mammoth effort by both of you. It must have taken a number of tip runs to clear that lot and get it as clear as you did. Well done!! 👏👏

How nice of you to provide this homeowner a better quality of life, blessings to you!
The clean up and the work done to get things back in shape will certainly go a long way in lifting the spirits of this customer. I am sure she is feeling so grateful for the hard work that has been done here.
Not all heroes wear capes and not all angels have wings. Sometimes they come to the world as lawn care business owners.

Bless you for giving this homeowner a hand up . Bless you all involved for what you are doing. This was a very big project!

Ohh on this episode of 'Yard Archaeology', Queen V cuts through the wilds of Australia like a hot knife through butter!
Not being able to mow is one thing..but just letting garbage dump up your yrd? You’re a good man Sean. Very good man!
The fact you go above and beyond to clean up these yards is legendary. Absolute rippa of a human you are. Hope you have a long life full of good fortune for what you do
Being overwhelmed is the worst. I bet these people feel motivated by someone helping out.
I hope so :)
I never saw her helping when Sean was there ???
@@scottanthony4714 I don't allow clients to assist anymore for insurance purposes. Say a rock flung up and hit someone in the eye... I'd be liable

Not only did a great job with the vegetation, but also cleaned up the trash. Lovely to watch you doing service to the community.
It’s so cool to see other people in the community be inspired to lend a hand. Paying it forward is what we should all be willing to do.
Happy Australia Day today! 🎉🇦🇺😊
I can't imagine the amount of stress that yard has given here. Stress cause a lot of illnesses. Hopefully she will feel better physically as well as mentally.
Good job.
Fingers crossed!
Some of this is chronic laziness, not arthritis! 👎
Too much of trash to much of trash accumulated
Nice of Nathan to lend a hand. This is hard work during all times of the year but particularly summer. Well done gents.
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
What a difference you must make in someone's life that could use a little help and compassion! Well done!
Great job!!!

Who is the big lug, Nathan? Jeesh!

Thank you for this video it brought back a memory of a Friend in need we laughed and had a wonderful day together time for a phone call.
Love your work Sean. Keep the videos coming. I be lost without them. Always checking for your new videos. Take care Von 🙂 💕
