    About Master Sushi Chef Hiroyuki Terada:
    Master Sushi Chef Hiroyuki Terada is one of the top Japanese Chefs in the entire world and the most popular Japanese chef on RUclips.
    At age 10, Terada learned the basics of sushi from his father and then went on to attend RKC Chef's School in Kochi, Japan from 1987-1989. He soon earned a nickname for his fast knife, attention to detail, divine presentation and ability to create new dishes and accents based on traditional Japanese cuisine. After graduating RKC Chef School, he was called to serve under Master Chef Kondo at Yuzuan restaurant in Kochi, Japan from 1989-1992.       You can just defrost them, warm them in the microwave, and toss them with salt. You don't even have to really cook them, I believe they're pre-boiled in the package.

    I added a bit of my own touch to it, and added just a little bit of wasabi to the soy sauce, it give it an amazing touch without overpowering the rest of the flavours! Delicious and one of the best plant based protein sources🌱!!

      Same. I'd recommend getting some red beans and chili paste from any asian supermarket and adding like half a tablespoon onto the pan.

    This looks delicious. I'm a little bit confused about the difference between ichimi togarashi and shichimi togarashi. Could anyone explain the difference please? I only have shichimi togarashi. Should I get ichimi togarashi?

      Ichi-mi togarashi mean "one" pepper - it's just chili peppers. Shichi-mi togarashi means "Seven" peppers - it's a mixture of spices. It's fine to use Shichimi, but it'll be less spicy.
