I'm a bipolar recovering addict, and I really needed to hear all of this. I've been stuck in a cycle of self sabotage for so long, I think that I'll never make it, so I sabotage myself because that gives me a false sense of control. It becomes a self fulfilling prophecy. Your suggestions about reframing my mind, and your podcast episodes in general are seriously such a game changer. Thank you
might have wrong end of stick here but sometimes i think best thing to do is stop overthinking and just go for it and take chance, if you get knocked back or ignored at least you tried, also with financial or some other goals don't think that you have to do it all asap just keep cool calm head and work way through and take what action you can
