Jambareeqi nice list jambareeqi but I do still wonder what your thoughts on the miss Pixar movies such as up, Ratatouille and finding Dory and still where you put them if could make your list longer
Yo, Jambareeqi! What do you know about TheAnimatedHeroine2????

@Spencer Carroll, I'm afraid that I don't have Instagram
Jambareeqi Did you know that the Screenslaver and Evelyn Deavor are the same person? Sorry for spoiling the twist of the movie, but, it was already spoiled by a freaking Lego set.

“Cars 2.”
Yep.
Others said cars 2 was bad
M.D. Webster I dislike cars 1 and 2 but cars 3 is perfect ending I not sure if cars 4 is official happening . Since toy story 4 is happening.
I’m pissed that it wasn’t Frozen
Benjamin Webster about your other comment on RUclips there is definitely going to be frozen 2 in November 22 2019

Piper Lichtl same 😂

@@borjaarellano9966 no me too it was alright
@@madas1435 thank god i think i was the only one that din't cry
@@borjaarellano9966 I did not feel any emotion while watching that movie.

YOU TELL ME WHERE MY SUIT IS, WOMAN! We are talking about the GREATER GOOD!!!
This guy is the example of a great critic, instead of saying stuff everybody already knows he brings something new to the table and sees stuff that everyone else doesn't see
Definitely. I'm OBSESSED with the first Toy Story, have seen it a million times, and didn't think anything new could be said about it, but he brought up even more points I'd never heard. Awesome!
The Man What about PhantomStrider and Nostalgia Critic?
Wawagirl17 Who doesn’t love the Toy Story franchise? The story lines are so accurate for a movie related to toys.
My mom insists that Finding Nemo is not just her favorite Pixar movie, but one of he favorite movies period, because of how she relates to Marlin’s struggles as an overprotective parent. Meanwhile, the sequel, Finding Dory, is one of my favorite Pixar movies because I relate a lot to Dory’s struggles. As someone who suffers from both generalized anxiety and High-functioning Autism, I deeply appreciate the film’s message of overcoming physical/mental disabilities by using your own unique skills in order to succeed in life while also seeking help from the people around you. Unlike what Cars 2 tried to do with Mater, Dory is a genuinely funny and sympathetic comic relief who becomes much more developed throughout the sequel, and the dynamic that she has with her parents is just straight up adorable.
Cure Hana my brother also has autism so I think he can relate too
Cure Hana Actually, dory was lying the entire time to seem dumb to fool predators
Cure Hana apparently i might have autism and im being seen by someone in June to see weather i have it or not im very nervous about it and i couldnt relate to a character more than Dory
Dory doesn't have autism...
I know
I personally find Wall-E, The Incredibles, and Toy Story series as my favorites
I think Brave needed a different story
Indeed it did
It was still good tbh
Brave is still a great movie
Yeah it reminded me of brother bear even though they’re different movies
Agreed
*My Top 5 Favorite (Yes I know I'm Late):
5. Up
4. Finding Dory
3. Monsters Inc.
2. Incredibles
1. Inside Out
*probably
Also, unpopular opinion, but I love Cars 2. It may not be the best from a filmmaking perspective, but man is it fun to watch.
Julian Montgomery Im not judging your opinion of anything as its your opinion which you have a right to have, But what about coco? what are your thoughts on it?
Daniel Brookes I love Coco. It’s insanely gorgeous and emotionally powerful. It just didn’t make it into my top 5. What’s your opinion on it??
Julian Montgomery I I like it made me laugh, cringe, and shake. During that time it got cheesy I kept yelling EWWW EWW and laughing at myself. It got pretty sad but I didn’t really cry just eyes got a little watery. Then my friends were like *DO YOU EVEN HAVE A HEART?* but I was sad just not crying, well I was sad at the part and got over it.
Julian Montgomery same here
I hate up and haven’t watched the incredibles in years
I love Cars to death and unpopular opinion is that Cars 2 is not that bad
But I respect your opinions and genuinely enjoyed your video 👍
Same here! I don't love Cars to death, but I do like it a lot and I like Cars 2 too.
I like cars 2 a lot in fact.
Yesssss Cars 2 was actually my childhood. I understand that it’s not really up to par with the rest of Pixar’s movies, but I still think it’s a lot of fun to watch.
I watched cars 2 with my parents as a kid and half way through the movie, i felt really bad and sorry for my parenta
Best Anime Hero for Pixar's worst movie, it's actually not THAT bad
I liked Brave more than some of the other films like The Good Dinosaur, but I agree it wasn't very good.
Especially because (Spoilers)--------------The film starts out with a princess wanting to be more than just a generic princess, she wants to follow her passion in archery and they made it seem though as if she was going to go on an extraordinary journey to change who she is and to overall change her fate.
But no... the witch made the mother turn into a bear for some reason, they play with fish in the river for a while, and eventually Merida wins the day by....putting a tapestry over her mother, not to mention with the 'we were too late but apparently we made it just on time' cliche. It was pretty anti-climactic with where they ended up going with this idea.
I still like it tbh, and there were interesting moments such as the parts where the mother was becoming more of a wild bear, but overall there should have been a lot more done with this film
I agree 100%
Well that was a made up cliche
Same!I don’t necessarily hate Brave, but I absolutely couldn’t stand Elenor half the time. I understand she’s worried about Merida’s future and feeling she’ll only be happy if she’s married, but I don’t like how Merida gets so feisty about the marriage she literally puts her mother in danger just to get out of the wedding. I honestly wished the movie used Fergus more, considering he completely understands Merida’s struggles of being held to a higher standard and doesn’t find her passion for archery or being a tomboy stupid or unladylike. And they kinda forgot about how important the marriage was, considering it was supposed to be a political marriage to unite the clans, but in the end all the clan leaders are completely okay with Merida not being married to any of their sons??
And I know the people who really love Merida as a princess always say “She doesn’t have a love interest in her movie, she don’t need a boyfriend” I understand that, but Pocahontas and Mulan’s stories were literally about their family and friends. Pocahontas literally doesn’t end up with her lover, and Mulan’s story was all about protecting her dad and finding her self worth as a dishonorable daughter, just to unintentionally be honored by the emperor and all of China. She doesn’t let Shang or anyone else stop her from doing the right thing when her secret is revealed, and in the end was worried her father wouldn’t accept her because of her dishonor as a traditional bride.
Dude! Brave is way better than bugs life and good dinosaur (in my opinion)! Still, I’m glad I found a new animated review channel
I disagree on bugs life but I agree it's better then good dinosaur.
That's subjective, in my case I think bugs life is better because the resolution is not anticlimactic and has an actual villian, but I can see why someone would.prefer brave
fullrewrite I don't think it's better than a bugs life but it's WAY better than the good dinosaur. I don't think it deserves to be on the top 5 worst Pixar movies list
Agree with good dinosaur and disagree with A bug's life (I actually think A bug's life is great, it's just overshadowed by most of the modern Pixar movies)
"How convincing yourself that you're more special than you really are is a dangerous self-deception."
Reminds me of Mabel from Gravity Falls.

Fun fact: I actually have a friend who didn't even know _Brave_ was a Pixar movie until I told her that Disney and Pixar basically swapped places in 2012 (in that _Wreck-It Ralph_ seems more like a Pixar movie).
My overall thoughts on all the Pixar movies:
Toy Story: Great start to the amazing studio. 4.5/5
A Bug's life: It could've been better. 3.5/5
Toy Story 2: As good if not better than the original. 4.5/5
Monsters Inc: I use to hate this movie as a kid, I don't know why. 4.5/5
Finding Nemo: An extremely fun adventure. 4/5
The Incredibles: "Oh man, i'm still geeking out about it". 4.5/5
Cars: A very overhated movie, even though I don't think it's that good. 3.5/5
Ratatouille: Younger me was stupid for not liking this film. 4/5
W.A.L.L.E: Absolutely Beautiful. 4.5/5
Up: I'm not crying, you're crying. 4.5/5
Toy Story 3: *Sobs uncontrollably*. 5/5
Cars 2: Ok, this is kind of guilty pleasure for me. 3/5
Brave: This is what happens if How to train your Dragon sucked. 2.5/5
Monsters University:It exist's. 3/5
Inside Out: Tt's overrated but far from bad. 4/5
The Good Dinosaur: I liked it, but everyone else seems to disagree with me. 3.5/5
Finding Dory: I'd say the first movie was better, but this one's still worth your time. 4/5
Cars 3:This is the my favourite cars movie but not amazing. 3.5/5
Coco: This will be a hard one to forget. 5/5
The Incredibles 2: Still amazing, though the first one was better. 4.5/5
Wait until my friend Film Person sees your comment.
Coco is good
I'm like the one person that enjoyed Cars 2. For me, I never got into Brave.
My Top 5 Best:
5. Toy Story
4. Toy Story 3
3. Up
2. Inside Out
1. The Incredibles
No way bro. You may have enjoyed it, but I just LOVE CARS 2 MORE THAN ANY MOVIE
4:28 what no cars was a masterpiece that has aged well since its release
Toy Story 2 was my childhood; you're a man of good taste.
Not really, that was the worst movie of the three.
Cars and Cars 2 were my childhood, he is a man with NO taste
Luuk066 Agreed.
Toy Story, Cars 2 and Finding Nemo better
I like Brave but it’s essentially just Mulan: Scottish Edition
WALL•E is an absolute masterpiece. Not only is it PIXAR’s best movie, but it’s quite possible the best movie of all time!
Yes it is the best movie ever created right above The Empire Strikes Back, Terminator 2, Avengers Infinity War and Endgame.
My best (really in no particular order cause I LOVE all these films):
1: Toy Story 2 (childhood bias)
2: Wall-E
3: Up
4: Coco
5: The Incredibles
6: Toy Story
7: Toy Story 3
8: Monsters Inc.
9: Inside Out
10: Finding Nemo
11: Rattatouille
Each film I mentioned is anywhere between 9/10 or 10/10 for me. They're just about perfect and I would watch them over and over again if I had the chance.
Underrated Pixar films:
A Bugs Life: 7/10
Cars: 8/10
Brave: 6/10
Monsters University: 8/10 (Have to admit I liked this more than I anticipated. The chemistry between Mike and Sully really made this for me and it actually feels like a decent prequel, even if it isn't as good as its original film.)
Incredibles 2: 8/10 (Seriously surprised this film was so hated, I mean sure it wasn't as good as the first but I was absolutely MESMERIZED by the animation!)
Only Pixar film I can really say is kinda "bad" is Cars 2, but I'll even watch THAT over most of what Illumination churns out. 😂
monsters university is kinda underrated but I don't agree with the rest of the underrated stuff.
I saw an entitled parent story about someone’s entitled son touching a strangers boat out of spite.I don’t know how I didn’t figure out it was Nemo until the end
Wall-E is my favorite pixar movie. It is so cute and funny. It makes me cry from the perfection.
“Number 3; The Good Dinosaur”
*jumps off cliff*
My top 5 best would be this
5. Cars 3
4. Walle
3. Incredibles
2. Incredibles 2
1. Toy story 2
“Robots can’t love.”
Wall-E - Hold my beer
Overtime, I think I have started to see that Toy Story 3 is superior to Toy Story 2. The latter is still my favourite in the series, but some of that admittedly has to do with nostalgia. When putting my biases aside, 3 does offer a more cohesive narrative that isn't as loose and improves on even some of the weaker aspects of 2, especially the twist villain. I'll need to rewatch both films alongside 1 and 4, animation courses have taught me a lot about quality storytelling.
Personally I think Toy Story 2 was better. I really loved 3 just as much, considering it was fairly consistent with the first two after how many years later (which is a huge problem a lot of sequels struggle with, changing the tone for a new demographic) But I always found Jessie and Bullseye more enjoyable than the new characters in 3 from Bonnie’s room (especially when Dollie became a jerk in 4 as the leader) But I also really loved the songs from 2, especially Jessie’s story about abandonment and feeling too broken to open her heart to another owner.
Toy Story (1995)
A Bug’s Life (1998)
Toy Story 2 (1999)

Lightyear (2022)
Elemental (2023)
Cars is my childhood,it is one of my favorite movie trilogies
The Incredibles, Ratatouille, Wall-e, Up, Coco and Inside Out are my favourite Pixar films.
I don’t think they’ve done any truly bad films. Even if the Cars trilogy, Brave and the Good Dinosaur don’t feel like true Pixar films they’re far from terrible films and wouldn’t have seemed so bad released by any other studio. And the cars trilogy especially has a special place in my heart as I grew up with the first, actually enjoyed the second and was satisfied with the conclusion in the third.
I liked a bugs life but it's your opinion.
I Disagree With Your Decision On Cars 1
I disagree with the disagree of cars 1 making this disagreement an ♾️ so disagreeing would make it pointless,
Your move
*excuse me brave is amazing and beautiful and heart warming and of course there is arguing and fighting its medieval Scotland COME ON*
Even though cars 2 is my guilty pleasure, you made lots of great points about it.
Brave is my favourite. I like films where nothing much happens plotwise and it mostly focuses on character interaction, what can I say. :P
I’m betting 3000000000 dollars that Logan watched cars 2 and only remembered mator
UP is my personal favorite
CJsnappi same!! ;)
My only problem with Brave is that it is the first Pixar movie to legitimately bore me.
*PERSONALLY* I found Brave to be a great movie because I don't have the greatest relationship with my own mum. Seeing the bad part and good parts of the Mom-and-Daughter-relationships and... Well gave me a little hope in my own relationship with my own mum.
Cars is technically one of the worst however this was my first movie I ever watched in cinemas and loved it as a child.
Best:
1. Finding Nemo
2. up
3. Finding Dory
4. The Incredibles
5. The good dinosaur
6. Toy story 1, 2, and 3
Bruh this man made a list of his favorite Pixar movies, number 1 finding Nemo, that's good really good movie, number 3 finding Dory, pfft alright I guess I mean I don't agree for being good but let's move on, number 6, all of the toy story movies, boom that's inovation that excited 3 movies in one spot, genius
6:32 There is a quick moment that foreshadows Lightning might have a redeemable side. When he's talking to his agent, he's told he's gonna have tickets to the race that will be sent to his friends, but Lightning then realizes he doesn't have any friends. For a brief moment you can see he kinda has a bit of regret that he's focused so much on being famous, that he doesn't have time to slow down and make friends. Of course he then brushes it off by making Mack not sleep for the night so he could get earlier to the racetrack, but the moment is still there, even if it's a few seconds.
Monster’s Inc. is my most favorite Pixar film. Hell, it’s my favorite film over all. The story is wonderful, the characters are great, and it never fails to make me cry. Ever. It tugs at the heart strings and warms the heart all at once and the meaning of it is beautiful, but it also has its funny moments. One of the most brilliant films I’ve ever seen.
I'm simply not that much of a fan of Monster's Inc, I think it's good but not great. All power to you if you like it, but this this my list. The thumbnail isn't false advertisement, it is showing examples of Pixar's work, I like to surprise people with my countdown choices sometimes.
Jambareeqi ah. Well it’s still a damned good list
This is my list:
Worst:
5.- Cars (2006)
4.- Cars 3 (2017)
3.- The Incredibles 2 (2018)
2.- Cars 2 (2011)

The Best: Monsters Inc (Literally My Favorite Animated Movie)
This is my list:
Worst:
5. The Incredibles
4. A Bug's Life
3. Cars 3
2. The Good Dinosaur
1. Cars 2
Best:
5. Inside-Out
4. Monsters, Inc.
3. Up
2. Finding Nemo
1. Coco
You hate The Incredibles wtf!?!?!
your top 5 is so good... and then you put the incredibles in your bottom 5 below cars and brave and i immediately lost all respect.
To be honest, I feel like Cars 2 is still better than most modern day cgi kids movies. That really tells you a lot of how good Pixar is.
No UP or Inside out? Okay whatever. I love these movies
I will admit Pixar left a big impact on my youth. I couldn't really think of any that I could think of as the worst, except maybe the first two "Cars" films, and "A Bugs Life".
My Top 5 Best Are:
5. Inside Out
4. Coco
3. WALL-E
2. UP
1. Toy Story 3
Sam Sturtridge I don’t like walle, but I do love the rest of the movies on your list.
I’m not a huge fan of the Cars franchise, but I love every other Pixar movie
Crash Bandicoot+ why?
Chris 3687 because I enjoy watching them?
I actually enjoyed the good dinosaur...
Strange Cat it’s alright I liked it too but it’s just not my favourite.
I did too
My number one favorite Pixar film of all time is Monsters, Inc.
I like bugs life
And I thought Brave was okay
And don’t hate me but when I was little I liked the cars movies but now that I look at it, I think I still only enjoy the first one, and cars two just felt weird when rewatching it.
5 Best:
5. Toy Story
4. The Incredibles
3. Inside Out
2. Monsters Inc
1. Finding Nemo
My top 5 best
1 The Incredibles: haven't seen The Incredibles 2 but I'm going to see it soon
2 Monsters Inc
3 Finding Nemo
4 Wall-E
5 Finding Dory
My top 5 worst
1 Inside Out: i didn't care for this movie
2 Brave not bad
3 The Good Dinosaur not bad
4 Ratatouille not bad
5 A Bugs Life not bad
Pixar is like that one kid in class who always gets straight As so when he happens to get a C+ it's shocking. That's why the worst 5 for Pixar aren't even that bad. Except for Cars 2. We all know how we feel about that one.
Cars is and will always be one of my favorite movies and a part of my childhood.
HOW THE HEAK DOES THIS CHANNEL NOT HAVE A MILLION SUBSCRIBERS?
What was the theme played at 0:04?
I really don’t like Brave, I find the message to be terrible and to support passive behavior.
I actually like all the Cars movies.
Me too
I love Cars tho like...
KACHOW!!!
It took me a while to realize it but Syndrome is basically Evil Hamburglar
Wall-E is literally my childhood, I love it so much
Here’s my top 5 favorites. Now please don’t yell at me this is my opinion and trust me this is HARD TO PICK! But before that here’s my honorable mentions: Monsters University, inside Out, finding dory, and Monstersinc
5. Coco: it follows a very likable kid and I adore the Mexican culture, animation is top notch, and I like that they did get an actual Mexican kid to voice Miguel. My only problem is that I felt the villain was kinda tacked on and pointless.
4. Finding Nemo: I think Jambareeqi said everything.
3. Incredibles/ Incredibles 2: I like both these equally and for pretty much the same reasons. Granted the original’s animation is starting to show its age but it still looks pretty good. Great action, great animation, voice acting, comedy, and I love the family dynamic. Now the first one focused a tad too much on Mr Incredible for me but I love his interactions with his kids in the sequel. They both however suffer some villain problems. Syndrome while having kinda a pathetic motivation was still fun and entertaining the sequel well let’s just say doesn’t exactly make sense.
2. Up: the first 10 minutes made me cry. I could stop there. But I love everything here.
1. The toy story trilogy. I’m sorry I can’t decide between them. They’re all equally as good in my opinion. Granted the first ones animation has dated a little but you don’t need good animation to tell a good story.
Omg I grew up on cars that’s my #1 not the second to last! SMH
I agree
What is the music played in the beginning?
I’m not sure. I searched everywhere but I still have no luck.
Toy Story, Cars, Coco, Brave, Ratatouille, Finding Dory, Finding Nemo, A Bugs life, Toy Story 3, Wall-E, The Incredibles, and Monsters inc
I thought brave was a disney movie lol, and i loved cars 2, for me its my fave cars movie, i loved mator in cars, and i love that he is the main in cars 2
Toy Story 2 is one of my favourites as well. I think Ratatouille should have replaced Toy Story 1 though, but that’s just me.
I'm happy somebody says that not only Cars 3 was the best Cars Movie, but also Toy Story 2 was the best Toy Story
Me the first time watching a good dinosaur: there are gonna be drug jokes
Friend: be quiet
*later*
Me: I told you
Here are my rankings for the Pixar movies:
Toy Story - 8/10
Bugs Life - 6 or 7/10
Toy Story 2 - 9 or 10/10

Top
5. Toy story 2
4. Inside out
3. Toy story 3
2. Coco
1. Incredibles 1 and 2
Aw the first cars was the good one tho lol
Worst movies
5: Bugs life
Me: No character development whatsoever for the main character
4: Cars
Me: Never seen what’s so great about talking cars.
3: The Good Dinosaur
Me: Wasn’t really excited about seeing this movie and it did what Disney did with its parent, kill them off so that the character can grow up and be more brave. This would’ve worked better as an old timey frontier movie. Even though I love Dinosaurs, I wouldn’t put it at the top of the list.
2: Brave
Me: I found this movie to be insulting to the independent women who have love interests and want to fall in love with someone who can help support them, being brave isn’t the same as being what Merida did, all she did was whine and make stupid decisions that caused her mom to turn into a bear and almost getting her killed, also her parents shame her for wanting to be single for the rest of her life, like being single is shameful too? This movie is shaming both sides and doesn’t have a clear side on what side is right or wrong, it’s confusing and the main character just made stupid decisions without the true definition of being brave.
1: Cars 2
Me: This is the movie that made me not want to watch the Cars franchise ever, because of the overly done spy premise and how it never drew me in as a kid.
Best
5: Wall•E
Me: Cute movie all around and filled with so many cute moments and it used a clip of Hello Dolly. Sorry I had to pause the video because you used a clip of when one of the cleaning robots trying to clean Wall•E, it was so funny and cute at the same time.
4: Finding Nemo
Me: A story about a fish dad trying to find his fish son who had a damaged fin and has to live with his disability, but that’s not what the movie is about. It’s about Marlin having to let his son go and live his own life.
3: The Incredibles
Me: What can I say, this movie is INCREDIBLE *Ba dum ‘tis*....I’ll show myself out. This movie did something good with the stereotypical superhero movie plot line and made it relatable and entertaining at the same time.
2: Toy Story
Me: The first movie Pixar ever created and it aged well, still has that charm to it.
1: Toy Story 2
Me: Woody Learning about his origins is a piece of gold, I was expecting that you’d have Coco in #1 list, but maybe you hadn’t seen it. It’s on my #1 list.
I've not seen the Cars sequels so :

I like your list
hello
It’s probably just nostalgia, but as you wonderful put it, The Incredibles appeals to everyone. The action was also really figgin AWSOME, making it my number one. The early 2000s were *incredible*

Buz: you are one sad strange little man o give you my pity*valken hand signal for love long and prosper * farewell
Spock: Hello fellow valken
My top 5 best and worst pixar movies:
Best:
1. Up
2. Cars
3. Toy Story 2
4. Cars 3
5. Inside Out
My most fav is Up.
Worst:
1. Brave
2. A Bugs Life
3. Monsters Uni
4. Ratatouille
5. Wall.E
Most worst is Brave.
Cars movies are better than Wreck-It Ralph. I like your list. I hate Wreck-It Ralph because it barely gets critism and it likes to get the universe's attention.
What are your thoughts on Inside Out?
Since I haven't watched all Pixar movies and some being many years since last viewing, I can only list the ones I remember. I'm pretty sure Cars 2 would take the crown as my #1 worst, but I think it's wrong judging a movie I haven't watched. So my list is shorter on the "worst", but goes like this:
Worst:
4. A Bug's Life: generic story and mostly forgettable characters.
3. Monsters University: A true sequel was begging to be made and they gave us a clichéd college movie prequel.
2. Cars: Obviously made to sell toys, predictable story, mostly annoying characters.
1. Brave: Most un-Pixar feature, annoying characters, predictable story, forgettable. At least Cars hadn't been made before.
Best:
5. Monsters Inc: Love the concept of monsters being afraid of humans, and the bond between Sully and Boo is cute.
4. Coco: Family isn't limited to living relatives only. Remebering past family was told brilliantly and touching here!
3. Up: Losing a loved one is hard, and Up told us how it can affect our personalities. And hey, the surrealistic world is unique.
2. Toy Story 3: I love ALL Toy Story films and I only pick the third because of how Pixar managed to make an even grander and more dramatic SECOND SEQUEL to one of the greatest movies ever made! And how they ballanced the hilarious comedy with scary imagery, an often dark atmosphere and emotional/existential messages.
1. Inside Out: Should be considered a mandatory watch. I love it because of how it tackles the misconception that joy alone is all we want. It really made me feel all the emotions and sucked me in all the way. I personally would rank it up there with Toy Story, because much of my praise of Toy Story can be put to Inside Out as well.
not gonna lie, i loved cars so fucking much. lightning mcqueen was my husbando when i didnt even know what a husbando was-
Glad to see TS2 in the first place, I find the most underestimated among the three of the franchise.
I very much agree with your top three least favorites, they are the same as mine, although I would not go so far as to say that Cars 2 is "awfull". For me only movies such as the "Video Brinquedo" ones deserves this title.
Yes, I'm happy for once someone didn't put the incredibles as number 1, but I'm still pissed it's so high, warning opinions ahead:
The animation WAS good, but the character designs are so bad it's hard to watch them move, and it makes the animation seem bad, The character's look like toys, not people, and no, I'm not expecting a kids movie to look realistic, most the time i prefer the cartoons that have wacky designs, but their proportions made it so hard to watch, plus why on earth are they shiny? It's terrifying. All the characters we're unlikable or forgettable. The love story, even though i appreciate it's a love sory between 2 adults who are already married and have children, is super cringy instead of sweet, and seems way too underdeveloped. I hated this movie as a kid, and i decided to re watch it and i still hate it, honestly i like the second better, the second one has interesting fight scenes unlike the first, no cringy love story, more on the kids, and a better plot, even if the bad guy was predictable
What are your thoughts on Inside Out and Ratatouille?
On second viewing, I don't think it's great as I made it out to be in my review. I still appreciate it's message, but the emotions can be a tad grating, and I read Riley as more robotic this time.
I love Ratatouille, it's passion about food and philosophy on criticism are it's strengths. I wanted to put it in my top 5 best list, but it was let down by a bumpy cliched middle act and a flat villain.
Alright. I waited for this countdown, and here are my thoughts:
5W) Yeah, kind of mediocre compared to other movies.
4W) If you didn't say you didn't make this list to piss off fans, I would be violently upset because this was my childhood, I like Lightning, but, OK... Cars 3 is the best Cars movie in my opinion, so...
3W) My worst Pixar movie.
2W) Probably my 2nd worst as well. Kind of forgettable.
1W) Even though I liked this film, I did feel like it was less of a sequel and more of a spin-off.
Nothing to say about your best list besides it's wonderful, but when I got to 2B, I became curious about 1B because there are too many great Pixar movies and 2B was kind of shocking as well as 1B. One more downside is that I don't get to hear your thoughts on Up, Toy Story 3, Monsters Inc and University, Inside Out, Finding Dory, Cars 3, or Coco, but, it's a Top 5 Best/Worst video. It is what it is. 👍
I'm actually a really big fan of Brave, I honestly relate a lot to Merida wanting to be her own person and and her and her mothers relationship is one of the more realistic ones i've seen, honestly, I think a lot of the movie is pretty realistic. From Merida wanting to do what she wants but being also making really quick and irrational decisions, to the fact that she has a way better bond with her brothers and even father just because of her mom not listening to her, but also her mom just doing what she thinks is best for her daughter. This is also one of the only films where arguments and fights had me emotional, cause it's again, pretty realistic how people are faster to do destructive and irrational things when they're mad. Also I personally love that they actually have pretty convincing accents and that Merida doesn't find some random love along the way like most princess movies do, as well as the fact that there weren't any really annoying side characters. Overall I think it's a really great and realistic movie about family, with it mostly being about Merida and her mom getting their relationship better. Overall, I get that some people don't like it, and I respect that very much. People have their own opinions, and I jus twanted to share mine.
Thanks for listening to my Ted Talk.
Also the fact that a princess(Who doesn't even want to be a princess) is actually able to defend herself without some random guys help is always amazing.
To be fair, Pocahontas and Mulan were the first princesses to not need a man saving them. Honestly I couldn’t stand the mom half the time because of how dismissive she was of Merida’s feelings. If anything, Fergus is so underrated as a Disney/Pixar dad BECAUSE he understands Merida’s frustrations of being held to a higher standard as a princess, but also encourages her to be herself and not be like other girls
@@kristinahuchison2511 I agree with literally everything you said, the mother was really annoying with her close mindedness regarding Merida indeed and the father was pretty great, I kinda wish he had a bit more serious scenes rather than the comidic relief ones he mainly got, especially in comparison to the mother
Also I love Mulan shes my favorite Disney Princess :)
Who else skips the intro?
I’m still trying to find the song used for it.
