Hi, I have a question and two problems ...
    Question:
What changes if I put the Vbcable outpout on MME instead of Windows direct sound?
    Problems:
1 If I put MME vbcable as outpout and start dsdplus I see that it receives, but I have no audio track out (I followed all the steps)
2 If I put windows direct sound vbcable and i run sdr sharp it stops and I only see the waterfall in motion.
I hope you can help me ... thanks

MME (Multimedia Events) is an old interface carried over from Windows 95. It's usually the most compatible with audio devices. DirectSound is basically just a DirectX-related Interface to the Windows Audio Session API (WASAPI). Direct Sound should have a slightly lower latency.
If DSD is receiving, are you able to set the "Listen to this device" option in the sound device settings and hear the output from SDR#?

@@kat6ix767 Thanks for the reply. No, I can't set "listen to this device" in the sound device settings ... I've been trying everything for months with no results. I will continue to use only simpledmr. I have windows10, it seems strange to me that there are so many problems
