I didn’t realize Hatton’s was literally the same age as Thomas the Tank Engine himself.
I love the fact you're a guy who clearly knows what he's talking about when it comes to railroading. Some of the wording you used when describing Stanley's history and preservation, along with being a static display piece in Cregwir of all things? Really gives me the impression you've got more knowledge than just TTTE stuff, like Wildnorwester does. Outstanding work all around!
I love the backstory you gave him, it's so detailed and I really like how you incorporated the closed cab design in your Au
I think the model of Stanley you have now could be how he is in current day. Maybe one of your pre preservation Stanleys you have planned could be the weathered one.
Stanley was turned into a pumping engine in 1928, no way Stuart and Falcon needed Duke to tell them he was cocky and wreckless.
Great Little Engine model of him.
STANLEY
yay
He looks great 👍
WELLCOME STANLEY!!!!! (i know it's not the same Stanley but hey)
For this I say... his name was smudger!
Well I do like Stanley but I like smudger more because it's just a goofy idea. But that's just me
I just pretend that smudger is the same basis as sea lion, the locomotive looks like rheneas and that’s why the tv series opted to just repeat rheneas
I actually have an alternate theory about stanley. He's not real. At least, the story Duke tells is completely fictional. He made it up as a boogeyman to get the younger two engines to act right.
Lit stanley custom!
