And also wouldn't the ureter have a larger star-shaped lumen? That was main distinguishable factor in comparision to vas deferences - since it has three muscle layers?

Hey, great point! I intentionally didn't go into too much detail since what I write is about the depth of material that I would expect someone to know in an medical school histology course. The detailed images shows more than what is discussed for sure though! Is there anything I can help explain in more detail here?
