Yes, this is very true. It does expose the soloists lacking detail of being able to rehearse the ensemble in accordance to the needs of the selection. This also indicative of those that are great performers who can't teach due to the fact that they are poor communicators; henceforth, they lose interest in the teaching field because they are deficient in communication skills and finally just remove themselves from the music profession all-together. This is now more the rule in this day and age.
