Respect you sheikh tremendously for your mind and what you are trying to do for the Ummah, may Allah make that happen for you, but I think that you are not being realistic with this advice applying to sisters. As you say, one should focus on ONE goal that comes ahead of the rest. Shouldn't that goal for the sisters be raising pious, grounded and learned children. Which is the most crucial aspect of improving the Ummah. Of course the man should help the best he can, so in that sense I agree that we need a shift in our attitude of men raising children. Without this clear divide of duties in the society, children and family will suffer, which can be deduced from your take here.
