Have you ever done the bearing upgrade on one of those transaxles??
Basically you add bearings similar to how the peerless 820 are.

hey todd i replaced the input shaft and one of the axles on my 930. the biggest problem im having is i cant get the axles to sit right in the spider gears. it is an unlocked trans but when the axles are centered with the bull gear it doesnt drop down enough but when i offset them so it sits down it is really hard to spin. any tips on setting the bullgear down into the case with the axles?

hiw come most lawn tractors have gears but mine is stock and ut dont have any gears theres just the lever u push down to make it go faster

Hey man I locked mine and made sure all the bushing was right. But it pops like a tooth is missing but there isn't. I changed the input bearing. Any ideas?

my gears are not shifting right it is not going into neutral or reverse after i tried locking it

you can find some pullys at tractor supply that will fit on the shaft

William Seibert There is oil in those MST's most people just fill it after putting the case halves together.
