    Ingredients (12 standard cupcakes or 6 big muffins)
    1.75 cups (240 g) all-purpose flour
    2 teaspoons (8 g) baking powder
    2 teaspoons (6 g) ground cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon (1 g) ground ginger
    1/4 teaspoon (0.5 g) ground cloves
    1/2 teaspoon (3 g) salt
    1 cup (230 g) pumpkin puree
    3/4 cup (150 g) sugar
    1/2 cup (100 g) brown sugar
    2 large eggs
    1/2 cup (125 ml) vegetable oil
    1/3 cup (83 ml) milk
    For the Streusel/ Crumb topping
    1/2 cup (70 g) all-purpose flour
    1/3 cup (67 g) light brown sugar
    1 tsp (3 g) ground cinnamon
    3 tablespoons (42 g) melted unsalted butter
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/4 cup (28 g) chopped walnuts (or peanuts/ pecan/ almonds)
    DIRECTIONS:
    1. Preheat oven at 375°F (190°C). Line the standard muffin tins with paper liner and set aside.
    2. Make the streusel: whisk the flour, sugar, cinnamon, melted butter. Use a spoon to mix the ingredients until crumbs are formed. Add chopped walnuts and stir until combined.
    3. In a bowl, sift together the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and salt) and set aside.
    4. Whisk together eggs, sugar, pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, milk until blended.
    5. Add the mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
    6. Scoop the batter into the prepared cupcake liner.
    7. Spoon crumb on top of the batter and gently press down.
    8. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 20 minutes until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
    9. Transfer cupcakes to wire rack to cool down.
    10. Serve and enjoy.
    Note:
    *I use Wilton standard cupcake pan.
    *I weigh the ingredients and convert the measurement in grams. Flour is based on scoop and sweep with a leveler method.
