So proud of you Kabayan Isabelle 🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭
Anxiety warrior here☺💪. all the symptoms that you've mention is what I'm experiencing right now. But because of Shaan's videos, now, I know how to deal with it. I'am not fully recovered and still having attacks but what Shaan said did a great impact to me..."it doesn't matter how many attacks you have, what matters is how you respond with it." and regardless of how bad the symptoms I'm having, just continue what you're doing and let it be there. especially the DPDR, that was the crazy feeling I had. on the other hand, a big thanks to this kind of experience. It really lengthen my patience, it changes my mindset, it strengthen everything in me. The last 4 years was tough but it teaches me so much things, and now, I'am one of you, who guiding others on how to handle anxiety. Thanks to you Shaan, you're a heaven sent, please continue on doing more videos, you really don't know how much help you did to us. And I thank God for your life. It's nice to know that someone understands what you're going through even if sometimes I, myself don't. I love you guys. Godbless you all. We can make it!!! 💪💪💪

You are so kind and I appreciate your sense of compassion.
I went through a hard anxiety period back in the eighties and went thought a program call MED WEST CENTER FOR ANXIETY WITH A LADY NAMED
LUCINDA BASSETT. She was living in Ohio
at the time . But now she lives in a mansion in Malibu California. I called her for help now that I am going through this bad setback and her response was “my fee is $300 an hour and is over the phone” when I herd that it made me sad. And I decided that if I come yo a 💯 percent recovery I will help people with anxiety for free, because it is a lonely world living with anxiety and also? Not everyone can afford $300 hour sessions for something I consider a gift from God.

My health anxiety also started from panic attacks. For the last few years Iv literally felt like I’m dying. Constant mild headaches, everything feels like a dream and pounding heart rate. It’s lead to me drinking most evenings just to get some relief. Trying to stop the drinking today and improving my diet, hopefully that will calm it all down 😩
I wish the best for anyone dealing with these issues!

@@brittneywelch2186 No, I didn’t. The key is exposure therapy. I was very committed to recovery that I practiced overcoming fear everyday with the support of my anxiety coaches and loved ones. It takes a lot of faith, time, practice, and courage. It’s really about not responding in fear but with courage. It’s important to get educated on how Anxiety works first. That will give you the confidence to expose yourself to the fear sensations and eventually desensitize.
