I just stumbled upon this while looking for some other press on my Añogo recipe. Thank you for sharing it with people. I originally made this drink around 2007 with egg nog, and it is still on my holiday menu at my bar, ELIXIR in San Francisco. Thanks for sharing it with everyone!

First encountered Advocaat as a student in London ages ago… here in NYC the Bols version from NL used to be available, but now I can only find commercial versions from Poland (Babuni & Bak’s brands) - who knew Advocaat was also a thing in PL ?!
Glad you enjoyed the video! Bol’s is the first brand I discovered also! It’s available here but hard to find.. especially around the holidays! Which is why making it is just more efficient!
Wow! Great recipes! I had my 1st Snowball over 40 years ago, then introduced them to my (underage) sister when I took her to a lounge one night when she was visiting me. She fell in love with them too. BUT...about the Anojo (sorry, no accent mark above the n available on my phone)...Amontillado is a Spanish word, thus the lls are not pronounced. Ah mon tee ah doe would be the correct pronunciation - though of course not the correct spelling. Just in case you ever need to use the word again. Now...I'm off to check out the link to see what I need to make my own Advocat!

Where did you get Yellow Chartreuse, I thought the LCBO didn't carry it at all!
It doesn’t … luckily I live close enough to the Quebec border to cross over and get it at SAQ.🤦♂️
LCBO does carry Strega, it’s an herbal liqueur and nearly identical to yellow chartreuse (and about half the price)
This was great! No one makes advocaat sound as appealing as you do. Well, I don’t know Georgi was pretty convincing. Whatever. I’m out!
