Good summary. I still wonder why Mihoyo changed Venus to Purusha.
Also I thought Sa's chill acceptance of Vita taking her eyes of Bodhi in the end, implied she foresaw her fate and allowed it, possibly over depression of being the last Purushian and never truly able to recreate her home, as she ultimately rejected Phosphorus by resetting it so many times. There was also that note implying as such where she refused to delete Vita upon her creation and considering the possibilities... Nice little interlude before Part 2 all the same.

Idk why you wonder that but here's your reply: why would the people of Venus call Venus Venus? It's a name we came up with, of course they would call the planet a different name. Same thing with Mars.

@@JeremyWinston-fo5fz Don't the Martians consider themselves "Martian"? I remember Senadina in the Dorms noting the differences & similarities between Martians & "Earthians". I know the subdivisions like Oxia & Langqiu call themselves Oxian & whatever the others go by. But that's like someone from USA calling themselves American. They're also still Earthlings, it just doesn't come up in casual conversation.
By your same logic, why would the Purushans call themselves "People"? Or use any other term we use on Earth? Because they're obviously being translated into English(/Chinese) for the reader's ease of understanding. So why wasn't "Venus" also translated from "Purusha"? Just curious.

"why would they call themselves people?" At this point you are asking me why do we understand any word they say, right? of course it's because we have to understand what they are saying, so some things are translated. We don't actually know how Earthlings like Helia and Coralie can understand what others say. It should be one of these options:
      1. Traveling to different planets seems common. Considering technological advancement, it wouldn't surprise me if they have a kind of translation device based on speech patterns or something.
      2. They called Venus "Purusha" because they know the habitants wouldn't call it Venus, like Purushans called the Cocoon "the Abyss", and is nice that they thought about it, but then forgot about the fact they wouldn't be able to speak with other races.
      3. The Cocoon of Unwoven did something.
      4. The most likey in my opinion: since we are in Bubble Universes/Bubble Worlds, common sense shouldn't fully apply in the first place. Each anchored Bubble Universe/Bubble World has its own laws, we don't know what are the laws though.
I don't remember the Senadina dorm part but i think she called them Martians cause she heard that this is how we referred to them. You know how when you speak with someone you use terms they're familiar with? That's what i mean.
