I can say that the "partnership" between Baiji and Ajita prior to the formation of the Seven Shus is more like either commensal (one reaps the benefits and the other is neither harmed nor helped) at best, and at worst, toxic/parasitic. The latter is likely the case. The most infuriating aspect from Baiji is that it seems he's too obedient, gullible, and even weak willed. If he's the leader of Seven Shus, why he didn't even bother to question or arguing with Ajita about her intentions? I maybe a bit heated when seeing this, but I'm still waiting for the answers.

They release Sirin as a playable character, have a theme of light/shadows... I'd say when will Kyuushou return from the Honkai war but Gakuen's Honkai war is already supposed to be over. Came back to HI3 because Lantern kinda has similar vibes but I couldn't get her lol. + In the new event they gave Sirin a school uniform while in Gakuen Kyuushou became a teacher. Pls reunite them.

The beginning of the chapter was quite long. The scene of the Shu deaths is definitely the best of the entire act. One thing I didn't understand is... what does it mean and what was happening in the first CG? (the one where everyone is talking and you see Baiji with Ajita)

You misunderstand alot about AI Lambda. And also this theory are now irrelevant with the new chapter. About Lambda.. she is NOT a dreamseeker, shes an entity that that coincide with the game itself. It means shes the 4th wall character on the game level. When shes in the time crystal, shes referring to the captain, the one commanding is us the captains. SPOILER - Dreamseeker is just a data. Vita and AI chan are just observers. Coralie and Helia went to Mars to get information about Mars history by going in to SoQ. They goes back to the Moon base. Those data that they gathered are like simulated events of Mars from a different timelines or era. Thats where they found Dreamseeker,.. dreamseeker is one diving into those events via dream simulation and tries to change the course of the event by personally interacting with it.. Also the one whos helping DS when the world ends in the event is VITA. She responsible from resetting the event from the right savepoint. The unknown is that when did the dream started? From the time she meets God Sena? or from the time Kiana meets Sena.. because in current story, after Kiana met Sena in the dream, she didnt wake up. Also the current mystery is that, in the Langqui event Coralie and Helia dont have a memory of Sendina. For some reason Sena is not in the record.

This boss fight is incredible. If you hadn't noticed, in the first phase Perception steals the weapon of whoever is fighting: if you have Coralie, she uses the hammer, if you have Helia she uses projectiles similar to hers but if you use Senadina she doesn't use the Yoyo, but an anchor. In the second phase it also took me a while to understand that you could only interact with shadows; for example: around Perception's staff there are more barriers, but you can only destroy those that are "reflected" as shadows... that's why you were missing them all lol. Btw, I'm waiting for the video on chapter 3, "lore guy".

Wow. Ajita is basically Lord Voldemort with her splitting souls into objects. If she’s the main villain of Part 2 I hope she’s a good one.

I'm writing this now before I forget, but I haven't finished the video yet. At 7:42, when you talk about Lamda and Seele in chapter 35... I think in her (Ai-chan's) trailer you see a lot of screens and in two of them there are scenes where Mei is holding Kiana dead and one where Seele is holding a dead Bronya. Also in the first sentence of the trailer she says "... eternal reincarnation...". Also the sentence at 9:52 could be a reference to the beginning of the story (as you said), to the end (origin and finality) and also to part 1.5 (which is called "under the Sky" or something like that)

If Ajita really is the main villain for Part 2 as a whole, then what I want for her character to be different from Otto and Kevin is this: make her character truly detestable. As we all know, Honkai Impact 3rd is famous for most characters having their own sympathetic traits or redeeming qualities that makes you want to learn more about them. However, the only drawback is the lack of characters that are truly made to be hated not only by us players, but also in-universe characters as well. Otto was a living definition of "a child who never embraced by the village willing to burn it down to feel its warmth", while Kevin had enough of fighting and never cared about his enemies anymore. Ajita, on the other hand, is likely to be a skilled manipulator who doesn't give a care for others by feigns emotions to manipulate anyone to do her bidding, and a selfish narcissist willing to use and then dispose of people to further her own goals to become a godlike being. The HI3 development team should shake things up when it comes to antagonist distribution, as they cannot solely relying on complex antagonists. They need to give us variety, and they need to give us something new and different. Give us a truly evil AND detestable antagonist so we can root any characters against them.

I really enjoyed this story update a lot more than 7.3. The big problem with 7.3 was the excessive lore dumping in the texts & dialogue shortly after the Dance Cutscene. This story update was a lot more enjoyable and interesting, here's to hoping they keep on improving! 👍

There's no such thing as true evil... but whoever wrote "Puzzle" definitely has something to say 💀 It's really disturbing...

For me it wasn't that horrible: it lasted just the right amount of time, had different minigames (not necessarily good ones, but new ones), could be integrated into the main story if they want and offered interesting story parts (the power and status of Thelema, the conflict of her family with Baiji's, the Songque of the past, the fact that Baiji could be behind that illusion rather than one of the Ten Faces...). The problem, as you said, are the NPCs. Between this quest and the main chapters they're focusing too much on the NPCs, and I honestly couldn't care less. One of the nice things about Part 1 was also the fact that there were basically 0 NPCs so the characters were all involved. What's really horrible to me is her part in Act 2 of Chapter 2...

its not a character quest more like an origin story since shes technically the 1st shu, its a great addition to an already existing autobiography of hers in the floating castle and we get to see her capabilities and her renowed reputation, the finale of this quest is the icing on cake she basically solved amber street crisis just by absolute dominance if only mihoyo tries this hard to promoting the game just like they promote thelema to us

Coralie was "influenced", the normal coralie would find it too bothersome to talk that much, if u look for that specific scene again, u will understand what i mean. Coralie finds doing anything troublesome, unless it interests her. So even though coralie is interested by the consciousness, talking that much is not in her interests
