Ingredients - Makes 1 Margarita
2 oz tequila
1 oz Cointreau / orange liqueur
2 oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
1 oz simple syrup (1/2 oz sugar dissolved in 1/2 oz water)
Ice to shake and serve
Garnish with a salt rim and lime wheel
