When I had my hellcat style spoiler on, I used 3m tape with the 3 screws. It helped so the air couldn’t go under and lift it.

So the hellcat style spoiler can fit on a 08 charger,

I attached the hellcat style spoiler with 3M tape, wurth glue/sealing compound and screws. Still in place 😁

Repair the spoiler with resin then drill new hole the resin gets real hard that should repair your spoiler
