    I love how you left in all the work you had to do in order to make the triquetra even. It allowed us to see the difficulty, and also techniques we can use to make it the right shape. Wonderful tutorial.

    I saw another version of this pendant that you did that has a circle, a stone and a smaller bail. Do you have a tutorial for that one? My daughter is getting married in Ireland and I would like to make a few of these for the wedding party. Credit to you as designer, of course! Thank you in advance!

    I am a beginner, and I can’t tell how you get the weaving wire started on the base wire. I like looking at your hands for the ways you guide the wire efficiently. I see you come up in between the two wires, but then what? I end up with the wire going the other direction.

    hello, what type of 20 gauge copper wire are you using? I have got 20 gauge dead soft copper and this base wire keeps bending when I apply pressure to weave the 28 gauge. any tips?

    • @handytrendytutorial
      @handytrendytutorial  4 года назад +3

      I use 20 gauge dead soft bare copper wire and yes 20 gauge dead soft wire is very soft and definitely bend when you do pressure in weave but you just hold wire closely to waving so it will not bend.

    What weawing are you doing for the bail? Can't quite see it ❤️🙏

    • @handytrendytutorial
      @handytrendytutorial  3 года назад

      I do a single wire for each 2 wire, I don't know the exact name of this weave but first I do a single weave on the first wire then a single wire weave on 1st and 2nd both wire and then 2nd and 3rd wire and then 3rd and 4th wire and single weave on 4th wire and repeat same process from first wire.
      I hope you understand what I am saying.

  • @SebastienFortin07

    The last weaving part is difficult to follow. You're not explaining what you're doing.

    • @OverzealousTrex
      @OverzealousTrex 3 месяца назад

      I've made these before, you can use basically any 4 wire weave. It appears this person is doing a soumak weave. Start on the far right, make like you're casting on the 1st by going over just that 1 wire, come back around then go over the 2nd wire & you want to come up between wires 1& 2...then go around from 2-3, pull up between 3&4, wrap from 3-4 & final wrap on 4 by itself.. start back around from the bottom. An excellent place to learn all the weaves is CSL designs on YT. 💙

    Just some feedback here.
    I don't realy like this tutorial because it's speed up, the movements are to fast and at te beginning i can not see clearly how you're weaving. Why don't you try to just talk us through the steps and show us slowly what you are doing? Instead of speed up the video, music and text.
