Hector's running spoon engine's in his civic's and this is one of them. Can't wait till he runs t66/67 garrett turbo front mount intercooler motec ecu & full exhaust fully modified, fully forged rebuild k24/20, be able to smoke the Z06 Corvette supercharged and then some.

Keep it n\a . It's way cooler every other civic you see is a B or K turbo just spining in all gears bouncing off the limiter which I think is stupid. This is so much more impressive and dialled in .

Nice video. I had a 92 four door gutted with a b16a2 setup with factory CTR bolt ons, intake mani, throttle body, exhaust mani, I had a kamikaze header for it that pulled harder from 7k to 9k but had the header sold before I bought the CTR header or I would have used it instead. Also had CTR cam shafts, straight 2.5" pipe with a fujitsubo muffler that was for a prelude, I got the muffler from password jdm before they were even known of for a killer deal $120 used, was pretty much new was in excellent condition, it wasn't the fart can style muffler. That car broke many hearts. This was back in 2005.
Two things: One the event you went to is bad ass just get to roll up to random ppl and do a run. Never would happen in Cali. Second: your banging gears is spot on

Yeah I can’t afford a K and my I can’t imagine how my B is in anyway better than a K. What’s more raw about a B? They are both tiny NA 4cyl that rev to the sky....one just breathes better and offers a bit more size. Both are totally “raw” compared to anything new.
They aren’t much different they are both pretty raw they only piece of extra technology the k has is a ivtec (cam phasing) other than that they are pretty similar.
@@chaseteter they both feel different. I owned an Integra gsr with the jdm b18c swapped and it feels better then my 09 si with fbo tuned. The k motor feels too smooth compared to the b series even in swapped hatch I've been in.

Venom Svt I went with the cable! I have a RSX k20 head that has Drag Cartel 3.2 cams, supertechperformance dual springs retainers & seats, stock valves, a TSX stock block with a A2 oil pump. Makes 265-275. Was mustang dyno’d at 240. Sheepy built hood exit & your other normal bolt on’s as well. My build list I believe I included in the beginning of this video also if I missed anything!

I know you're boosting now but I've always been more of a fan of all motor Hondas because I think it's more of a sleeper I have a 95 Civic coupe EJ1 that I built from the ground up for the last 7 years it's built all motor d series and that slam gears just like you man bang every shift perfectly right before red line and I would piss so many friends off with their B series even beat a couple stock k series 180 HP at the wheels pretty good for an NA D series also have a 2004 Honda Accord coupe V6 6-speed with all the Honda factory performance options full bolt ons for daily driver and I have surprised quite a few v8s and that thing as well it's all about the shifting man if you can shift a Honda and you got a good motor setup you surprise a lot of people because most people have fast Hondas and camp bang gears right props to you man this was an awesome video to see
Cleaning up on every aisle man. You had a spill on Aisle 9 though with the Supra and the Vette but not all that much. I mean it was not a big stretch says alot man. Respect!!
Stock cars beating it or civic barely winning. Nice built but not a drag car. All motor setup is built for track racing but slap a turbo and civic will make sense for roll or drag racing. If the owner is satisfied, that is all that matters.
@@dohc1974 the mk6 golf r makes about ~270hp (crank) stock, so I’d say it probably has an ots stage 1 (310-340hp) or stage 2 (330-360hp), it really depends on what tune he has, but I don’t know what that civic traps in the quarter mile, the power to weight ratio seems better.
you specified in your description that its a stock TSX block, which is a K24A2, being a 2.4L engine.. just cause you swapped cylinder heads does not label your K24 motor a K20.. not here to argue lmao just saying

One thing i love about Honda is power to weight. I beat a charger in my stock rsx with just a cold air intake and no other mods. Lighter wheels but thats about it. Idk if it was a v8 or not but you dont need a lot of power in a car that weighs 2800 lbs or less

Stock cars beating it or civic barely winning. Nice built but not a drag car. All motor setup is built for track racing but slap a turbo and civic will make sense for roll or drag racing. If the owner is satisfied, that is all that matters.

@@dohc1974 the mk6 golf r makes about ~270hp (crank) stock, so I’d say it probably has an ots stage 1 (310-340hp) or stage 2 (330-360hp), it really depends on what tune he has, but I don’t know what that civic traps in the quarter mile, the power to weight ratio seems better.

It’s NA so yes you can. It’s just a Honda head on a Honda block.
you specified in your description that its a stock TSX block, which is a K24A2, being a 2.4L engine.. just cause you swapped cylinder heads does not label your K24 motor a K20.. not here to argue lmao just saying

One thing i love about Honda is power to weight. I beat a charger in my stock rsx with just a cold air intake and no other mods. Lighter wheels but thats about it. Idk if it was a v8 or not but you dont need a lot of power in a car that weighs 2800 lbs or less
