In my opinion that is no longer a street car, but rather a race car that can be driven on the street. Needs a c02 bottle, roll cage all around you, harness, insane clutch, parachute, staging brake. This isn't a laid back street car anymore. It doesn't even have normal comfy seats. You wouldn't want to be in this thing longer than 1-2 hours at a time..

Basically you swap it until the only thing "civic" about it is the motor and frame.. Even then the motor likely isnt a civic motor but another honda engine, same with the AWD trans.
Sequential is a kind of manual transmission used in racing and drift a lot. They can take a beating and shift fast. K series is referring to the family of Honda motors this one comes from. There are K series, D series, J series (the 6 cylinder), etc. The most popular one currently is the K series. And typically people take the awd system from Honda CR-V's and swap them over to civics or other Honda bodies to make them all wheel drive. It's a big project but makes an insanely fast car

Ignition cut on shifts using a strain gauge shift knob to remove engine load, and straight cut dog tooth engagement on the transmission gears for a clear shift path :)
