- Man what a night! What a great race! We also had a large crowd tune in on our IG live as well! The race was setup for 50,000 a side, but later on that night the porsche side came up with an astonishing amount of 62,000, in which the honda group can only match up to 30,000. So the total pot came out to 60,000! The race went down and it looked great.! More info in the video!

I broke the slo-mo down even further by screen recording and breaking into single frames and Porsche def moves before light. It was super close, and even if the Honda hit the jump, the Honda wasnt winning. But the movement prior to the light warrants a DQ race. Those are the rules, hate the game not the player.

I disagree with most of what you say.. The porsche out launched the honda plain and simple.. I thought from the get go the honda would win, simply because it was a purpose built drag car with drag slicks.. The porsche was a legit street car. Also you seen sparks shooting out the bottom of the honda, something was wrong with that car, a real turbo k series would pull harder than that IMO. Porsche guy should have won the money though.

You do realize that you must lift right when the yellow ends at dragstrip to get perfect reaction time. If you move right when the flashlight on, it's the same thing with lift when green is on. Clearly there's a difference between pro dragster and seasonal dragster.

He timed that light absolutely perfect almost but like some other people have said in the comments, if you play it in .25 speed, you can see the bumper moving either one or two frames before the light turns on, it was so so minute that it’d be impossible to tell without slowing down the playback speed a lot however that Porsche would have won regardless, it was just the faster car but a jump is a loss. I have nothing invested in either of the cars, I’d much rather have the Porsche.

If you take it frame by frame, that Porsche I was moving before the light came on. Not that it really would make a difference cause that civic was sleeping hard but the porsches tires broke prior to light. And the civic crossed the line but at the point it didnt matter.
Are you guys dumb? In the last clip you can see the Porsche move before the light flash reflected onto the Porsche’s front bumper which clearly shows he jumped the race. It is not even called a fast reaction time because he just guessed when the light would flash on as he never saw the light when he stepped on the gas. Fyi “FASTEST” possible conscious human reaction time is 0.15s, light travels 983,571,056 feet per second.

The sensor of the camera maybe didn’t react fast enough to catch the light from the flash light which is very possible. The other camera angles look perfect. It’s multiple camera angles vs one 🤷🏼♂️ #chase is a race

The perfect launch here was aided a lot by the civics light flash. I think that triggered the porsche driver and his reaction made it perfect for the actual light.
