I liked Lacey in this, but the guy was a big jerk and didn't deserve her! He treated her horribly when he found out she's not really a Christian. Christians aren't supposed to push non-Christians away like that! It turns out that he was more lost than her. It was like God pushed her to him so he could help her, and then he pushed her away! Not Christian at all! Where's the love? I really wish she had turned him down at the end.
It's disgusting when anyone lies about pretending to love Jesus to get next to someone terrible way to start a relationship too!

I watched this as an atheist mind you and it was as cringey as it looks but it was also funny and sweet and im not looking for rom coms that are intelligent tbh lol like i watch them for the disney ish hallmark cringey cutesy vibes so if youre fine with that and enjoy lacey chabert then this movies for you otherwise try something a bit more broad audienced like the ugly truth or how to lose a guy in 10 days wtc

Yeah I'm a Christian and I can watch a normal movie like Shrek or a Christian movie if I wanted to! And who doesn't love Lacey?! I love all the Shrek movies and most of the other Dream Works films!

Does it really have to be about religion? Couldn't they have picked a different lie for the character to tell? I hate when movies try to convince people passively to engage in a religion.
