This movie is unexpectedly AWESOME! The dialogue is so witty and THE CHEMISTRY IS SUPER INTENSELY REAL. Well-written and well-cast. Best Hallmark romance I've seen.
One of the best hallmark movies for sure. Everyone was on point. I can count on one hand the number of hallmark movies where the actors hit the mark just right without crossing over into cheesy (not that there's anything wrong with that either XD )
i actually had the idea that yes they're married and their kid is coming home from college and bringing they're boyfriend or girlfriend and it turns out it's the evil girls kid thats dating greta and bens kid so through the movie you try to figure out is this real or are they just trying to get into the family which it turns out heather sinclaires kid really is in love with greta nd bens kid so you can end it like all hall mart movies with both kissing by getting engaged
This is the first or second Hallmark movie I ever watched, some years ago, the other one was "Very very Valentine". I was lucky to come across two that were so good since that let me to discover the whole genre.
@@seraphiccandy21 they dont but its a hallmark movie thats what people want the whole perfect american dream with white christmases pretty rich people with hearts of gold like i always expect hallmark happily ever afters to have some sort of sealed with a bow HEA with marriage or baby or something solid and not just oh we kissed and thats it. Like no you want to see everyone meet everyone family vacation a puppy like him carrying her over the threshold of their first house its traditional old fashioned romance that we rarely get anywhere else so obvs we want it on hallmark or disney which tell more traditional stories or did even they are becoming more modern in their values which i dont take issue with but theirs no problem with classic love stories either.
@@EmmaAppleBerry Unfortunately in the last years the female protagonists are becoming less and less traditional. They're just women playing the role of a man: ambitious and obsessed with their careers, and the man they end up with is some simp who doesn't care at all that she'll spend the entire day working and come home to sleep at night at most. So of course we can't have sequels: those marriages will either end up in divorce or become to strangers that just live together, definitely not movie material.
In most of Hallmark movies, the main character ALWAYS has a secret or starts off with a lie. Now there’s a show about witches. Good wholesome Hallmark!
