Hello Chef JP & Camille! I just love watching all your videos at thank you. The last time i tasted a grilled raw oyster is in Binmaley Pangasinan. Enjoy!👍😋
What hotel did you stay that was close to the water taxi? Hubby and I are planning a trip there in July. He would love to taste the fresh oysters. Thanks Rocky Mountain High Colorado
Hi Chef JP I love watching this episode. I knew the place as I was in Vancouver at least every year n stay for 3-6 months with my daughter who lives at Main Street Vancouver. I love Granville Island n that's where I usually buy fresh fruits, pasta, fish n meat. You didn't try the clam chowder, mga pinoy ang nagtitinda doon. I make sure I eat there when I'm there at Granville unless baka sawa ka na sa chowder. Love, love Vancouver aside from visiting my grandchildren I really love the place. Try visit Main Street, lots of beautiful restaurants there too. Take care n regards to Camille ❤️
We have a similar kind of place in Seattle but I only go there when we have out of town relatives/friends so they can experience it. However there is one remote (kind of secluded) oyster bar in Bow, WA that has spectacular view of Samish bay where you can try variety of oysters. Enjoy and be safe.
I want to make fish n chips at home cause I can't go to VA, haha...love your life anecdote and the little wins Iife, indeed there's always something to be grateful for😁
Salamat sa pag share, we will be arriving there next week and was wondering how the parking is at Granville? Is it better to ride the aqua bus and where did you ride it from?
Chef yung mga OG na lolo sa probinsya namin, tuwing hapon tapos lowtide may nakaready ng kutsilyo, asin at suka. Doon lang sila nakapwesto sa mga batuhan maraming sisi/talaba, solid yon chef ❤️
Chef JP …The correct way is to open at the back (hinge) of the shell to avoid breaking the shells. Try next time … Welcome to Vancouver!! It has been my home for the last 49 years!!! I am excited to try your famous Sisig next time I visit Pinas. 😊
16:24 sorry but in my own view l like her attitude soft spoken and simple malambing siyang magsalita at walang kaarte arte ...thats my own perspective bout her...peace
Also... I would like to request for chef JP to narrate what the birds are saying in future vlogs 😂😂😂 jk lang. Always nice to remember past memories and reminisce on them!
Been shucking oysters for a years now, try shucking them from the other side where the two shells connect, this technique works well for me. Also less chance of slicing your hand on the shell.
Hahahahah natawa ako dun sa 27 degrees heat warning 🤣, sa qatar normal ung init, matutunaw na mga taga canada kung 50 habang ang mga taga qatar surviving
Medyo suplada ang wifey, so opposite of your soft sweet character. I guess you complement each other. I've always watched you when you were h starting out, as Kris tv. Always admired you and personality.
Fish and chips reminds me of a place in Gig Harbor marina, not too far South from there. Only 44 years ago.
