This is what a someone who fronts a band is supposed to do. Not only is Floor one of the most versatile voices in the industry but has an amazing stage presence and is very gracious in signings and interviews.
Damn but she looks good on stage. Has that energy that suits the rest of the band perfectly. And it's great to hear them play Nemo normally with her. The acoustic version's a nice change, but Floor does a perfect job with this version too.
Nightwish is exactly where it is supposed to be right now! Growing and growing it's fan base. Don't like it? Go away but get out the doorway as you are blocking the traffic coming in... Pathetic! Floor saved this band! FACT!
If people read 'Once upon a Nightwish' Tarja was trying to achieve what Floor is doing, being more versatile with her voice. Compared to the beginning of Nightwish to End of a Era the transformation is very dramatic, far less operatic. Eventually Tarja may have become far similar to Floor they we could guess.
For everyone saying that Floor can't hit Tarja's notes, just a little-known fact: The entire band had to tune the instruments to a lower key because Floor came onto the tour halfway through. So the songs aren't being playing in the original key, thats why it sounds off.
Actually this song is a semitone higher than on the CD, for some reason. I have no idea why, maybe they don't use the orchestral backing track because they have Troy in this song. And generally what you said is not true. Some songs are lower, like She is my sin, but definitely not all. I don't think the instruments are tuned any differently than normal.

My favorite theme of Nightwish, it was kinda disappointing that this song was unplugged in London.
Of course the original sound comes from Tarja in old songs like this one, but I gotta admit, Floor Jansen just saved Nightwish.
