I've the same hair texture and skin tone as u! Top tip, if u want your hair to grow (or at least not fall off easily), eat oatmeal/lentils/ peanuts everyday. They are all rich in biotin which is great for your hair! Made a huge difference for me lol.

I am still working to get my hyperpigmentation under control.
I recommend using a bentonite clay mask on your hair. It’s a great way to clean hair without stripping it of moisture. Also African Healing Oyl has made my hair and skin hella soft. Also it’s made my eyelashes grow INSANELY long and full.

Thank u for these videos! What a sweetie! Man oh man if I had your skin I wouldnt even wear makeup. I was putting too much heat on my hair a few yrs back and it was breaking and I stopped. I haven't put any sort of heat at all on my hair in about 4 yrs

That's so true about the sun. I carry an umbrella if I know I'll be outside for long periods of time. It sounds a bit much but it protects my skin. Much love from Toronto!

Sam her hair is not naturally curly. She said when she was young she had a looser curl that she lost with all the heat she’s exposed to. Not all black women have curly hair.
