Please please keep putting out content forever!!!!! No matter what!!! Finally seeing beautiful woman of color doing a nautral day of makeup is sooooooo soothing. I love my dark lids and people call it racoon eye!! Lol i just add sparkle to my lid and go!!!
Yess when I was younger I used to be bullied for my naturally dark lids , i was called "black eyed peas" lol , I used to be sooo insecure about them I hated them and I tried everything to make them lighter but now I literally dont care much about them at all !
i like my dark leds too and thankfully i am not inscure about them

@SK PTA Yes! It's ridiculous. I especially hate when girls/women with decent skin slather on heavy foundation and concealer. People have different objectives they're trying to achieve with makeup, but don't people think skin should still look skin-like?

I just started using this Dior Forever Skin Glow Foundation and I’m OBSESSED. It’s a medium/full coverage, and a little goes a long way. It has a dewy finish and it’s light so I’ve been loving it for summer!! I also use the Dior undercover concealer which I like as well. Also for blush I would say I have very similar skin tones to you and I’ve used this MAC mineralize blush in petal power for years! It’s my go to!

mac face and body is an amazing lightweight and light coverage foundation, perfect for everyday matched with nars radiant creamy concealer! for days where I want to go out and want my foundation to last longer or want more coverage i use nars all day luminous or nars sheer glow! I find that nars has the best range of different undertones for gals with brown skin!

For foundation check out mented cosmetics it's made specifically for women of color they also have gorgeous lip colors. I also love Fenty for summer and AJ Crimson in the winter. All brown girl approved. I also know that Jackie Aina partnered with too faced for foundation and concealer. I couldn't find a foundation but I found a great concealer. I also use LA Pro.
Letting mascara dry before wiping it off is VERY helpful. Thank you for that.

For blush, I definitely recommend Milani baked blushes. It shows up so nice on a variety of skin tones and it also has a subtle glow factor to it as well! 💖

I love the Too Faced Born This Way Foundation! One pump for medium coverage/natural and two pumps for full coverage/glam look. It definitely looks like your skin but better. It is long wearing, it doesn't slide off.

About concealers: my absolute favorites for special makeups are Tarte Shape Tape, MAC prolongwear. For everyday I prefer NARS, LA girl, Berrisom 2 in 1 😉
So pretty. I love that we can actually see her skin. So many of these videos are so heavily filtered that they look almost the same before and after makeup.
You should try the Glossier Cloud Paints or the NARS liquid blushes - they’re amazing 😍 Also for concealer, try the Too Faced Super Sculpting concealers, they have a great shade selection for WOC
I love using the too faced born this way super coverage concealer! It's full coverage but it gives a beautiful natural, radiant finish.
I love the Pat McGrath skin fetish foundation. It’s a really light coverage foundation and feels really light on. The ysl touché eclat high cover radiant concealer is amazing. I also think you’ll love the Pat McGrath lip pencil in Manhattan.

I’m a huge fan of the Milani blush in Coral Cove if you are interested in a more powdery blush - it’s the perfect shade for summer! Great video!
NARS has a matte tinted moisturizer that’s my favorite thing to use as foundation. I think we’re similar shades (though my face is more pink). You should give it a go!
A tip, have to remember to apply sunscreen if there is still some daylight.

My absolute favorite model, I have been recently trying the born this way foundation and it looks like skin. It makes your skin look super natural and there are loads of shades now for deeper skin tones.

I’m going to definitely try the concealer trick for my lips! I have a darker top lip too
