I feel like I finally understand myself. I know I am sensitive but never thought that also noticing minor changes in light ,sound and tone, and activity makes me more exhausted. I just thought I was lazy.
It’s amazing how I found this video after reading two books by Judy Dyer, and learning that I am claricognizant. Thank you for contributing to my journey. It’s been years of therapy and finally my time is here to learn who I truly am, and now, thanks to your guidance, I can add happiness to my journey.
The downside of having sharp intuition is knowing there is no option for actually living a life instead it's all struggle and constant drowning resulting in constant exhaustion.
It seems like you're suffering from depression. I am an HSP and I don't feel like that. If you can, do some bloodwork to see if you have lack of iron, vitamins B, etc. Also, if you stop eating wheat for 4 days, will you sleep better or think with more clarity? Serotonin is produced in out guts, so it's important to check our gut health. If everything is fine on that aspect, then seek other type of professional help. I don't think that feeling that helpless and pessimistic is a characteristic of all HSPs. I hope you get better ❤
I don't think that feeling helpless and pessimistic is a characteristic of all HSPs. I'd recommend checking for low levels of iron, vitamins B, etc first, and also quit wheat for a few days and see if you feel better. Serotonin is produced in the gut, maybe consider taking pre and probiotics as well, I felt much better after taking them and substancially reducing wheat. If both blood and gut are ok, then maybe consider other type of professional help, because everybody deserves to be happy! I'm an HSP, I felt dispair and hopelessness, but I don't feel it anymore. It was a mix of lack of iron, vitamins B and gluten intolerance, amongst a very traumatic experience. I'm much better now!
@@evasco1979 unfortunately it's nigh on constant burnouts not depression, I'm late diagnosed autistic and ADHD. I've already done literally everything that is in my ability to do to fix this, the only thing that can actually improve my life is if I had the finances to change my environment. Alas I'm about to become homeless so my options are removing myself from life or removing myself from life.
Didn't know this was a category. I feel seen, but penned. A feeling I realized was predicted by the system. Which sent me into another spiral. Why are we like this?
We're all human beings, with similar DNAs, experience societies which are not one single society, but with many aspects in common, it's normal to find repetitive patterns. It's OK that we are not so unique as we'd like to think we are 😉

Such a valuable information... sensitivity is source of strength not of weakness 🙏❤️

Oh, it's still in Japanese. Name is:"今日も明日も「いいこと」がみつかる 「繊細さん」の幸せリスト". Maybe I'll do a full book reading later.
Please read it for those of us not fluent in Japanese. Thank you kindly!🥰@@CompanionRead
Please do, this world really needs this. This would be deeply appreciated by many.

Also 10 minutes is not enough for a recharge. Need days.
Exactly.

Very useful and interesting, thank you! What's the name of the author?
I'm happy you like it. Takeda Yuki (武田 友紀)

I can't find this book in English is it only in Japanese ?
Yes, it is.
There's an English book on HSP by the actual academic who researched it and coined it, it's by Elaine N. Aron
I wish it came in English😢
Aw! Is the book only in the author’s native language? That’s too bad.
