Hi Dr Monish It was a neglected childhood septic arthritis Sequelae .. in these cases tissues are not as pliable as a surgeon would like.. so slight high hip centre is a good option for these patients. It also helps with the reduction .. having said that correcting the limb length fully sometimes leads to sciatic nerve palsy in these patients which is a bad complication to have ..
