In this video I am talking about depression and suicide. I do not want to offend or upset anyone, so please don’t watch this video if this is a subject that is going to cause upset or distress.
This video is talking about mental health and bringing awareness to a subject that many still shy away from discussing.
My intention is to raise awareness and say that it is ok to reach out for help if you are struggling.
Mental Health is a subject that needs to be discussed more. Although as a society we are improving, we still have a long way to go.
If you are struggling with your mental health, please don’t suffer alone.
Talk to a friend or close family member that you can trust and reach out for that support.
Nobody should ever be judged for how they are feeling.
Every single one of us can experience struggles with our mental health at any point in our lives. It is so important to take time out for ourselves and recognise when we are struggling.

Thank you for your video. I have been struggling with it recently. I have been going through a difficult and tough time since two years ago. The Pandemic didn’t help either. I haven’t completely returned to normal life but have a little bit. There have been times where I couldn’t cope. I have felt sad a lot and have had some good times but it hasn’t been the same

I agree that the pandemic has changed the world and it seems to have had an effect on everyone in different ways.

The lockdown and pandemic has changed a lot. I'm not sure that I have completely returned to normal life because it's had such an impact on every single element in day to day life.
I don't think you are alone feeling like this. We all went through such a sudden change in a short period of time. It is hard to adjust to what has happened. I think it's had a massive affect on all of us in different ways and for different reasons.
Please don't feel like you're alone, I think there are more out there that feel like this but aren't talking about it. I might do a video on this and talk about it in a bit more detail.
