Do the one for Gas, eat small and healthy filling protein packed meals, start meditating in the mornings even for 5 minutes, make a chart of positive affirmations and read them daily in the morning to set the tone for the day! Start a gratitude journal and BELIEVE YOU ME, you will start feeling better in No TIME! So sorry you have to go through all of this and feeling NAUSEATED SUCKS- I HATE IT! Tysm!!! I’ve been in therapy for years and there’s this belief that a therapist “fixes you” when they really just teach you how to manage your emotions and cope with the parts of yourself that you don’t like or understand. They’re also just really great to vent to and help you realize when you’re being manipulated. (Great for me bc I have an extra hard time telling bc my inability to read certain social cues due to my autism)

Love this short! When I get overwhelmed with a negative emotion I sometimes cry because it calms me down and I know eventually I will feel better by not holding it in. Afterwards I feel stronger and ready to face whatever was bothering me. I no longer listen to anyone who tells me I'm being dramatic because I'm a human and allowed to feel, and process my emotions. Thank you! 😊

This concept (of Acceptace/Willingness) is finally sinking in. I guess it takes hearing it a few times (and from different people).

I feel so much interest in what she says as I am facing many new feelings in life like severe anxiety, anxiety attacks, certain sense of fear , sometimes I feel like I'm perfectionist and the end of it everything feels like a feeling only... Everything which is temporary yet gets worse day by day

I just stumbled upon you today and I already like what you say and how you approach things.
There are so many of us who need people like you and the message that you have to say... The lesson that you have to teach us.
