- We're starting to bring back to the Acura RSX back to its former glory, specifically with its suspension. I'll show you how to replace lower control arms (LCAs) on a Honda/Acura with McPherson strut setup.

@@randomrebuilds thanks. About to do this for my gf’s car and needed a good baseline for the time. Doing a full suspension, control arms, and rods. Should be a fun project.
Must be nice working on a rust-free car! Those rear bushings should be torqued with the vehicle at ride height.
I was gonna ask about that , I learned in school you always gotta pre tensions these things before tightening right?

@@jesseruiz5680 so far so good - no complaints on them from the past few months. Held onto my stock ones in case the Moog bushings goes out and I’ll just have to press in new ones on the OEM control arms.
@@randomrebuilds was the improvement significant? And thank you for the reply, I’m considering replacing mine soon and will go either K-Tuned or something close to OEM. Just very picky and indecisive right now.
@@jesseruiz5680 definitely a smoother ride with the new ones. The front OEM bushings were torn.
