Step-1
Register in the below link.

Step-2
After receiving the Certificate from Driversed.com
You need to book a Schedule with DPS by using the below link

Step-3
after submitting all your required documents. you will receive your Learner's Permit in 14 days to your registered address.
Step-4
After receiving your Physical Learners permit driving license. you need to book a schedule for a driving test with your nearby 3rd party Driving school.
Step-5
After your Driving test, you will receive a Certificate from 3rd party driving school and the same you need to submit it in DPS by using Step-2.
That's it you will receive your driving license within 1 week to your registered address.

@manoj balu... Post getting the clearance from driving school and when you went to DPS office, was there any extra fees taken to give DL. They do charge $33 while giving learners permit

Anyone you like DPS will make you wait longer and you need your vehicle or a friend to go with you for a third party you can use your vehicle or rent one there
What is an "LR copy"? From 4:04
Hey Manoj, I why did you have to take the driver's permit test? Online it says that if you are 25 or above you can directly go to the DMV to give your test. You have to do the Impact classes but that it about it.
It's your wish if you want to give a Driver's permit test in DPS.
