Question number 1 and question number 13 are the same question. But they have two different answers the correct answer is A 30 min after sunset until 30 minutes before sunrise. The answer he gives to question 1 is the correct answer for both questions 1 and 13

Q28: Is this accurate. I find nothing in the manual, buit on the internet: "No, there is no set minimum speed limit in Texas.
In some instances, minimum speed limit signs are present and do set a minimum speed, which is typically set at 45mph on most interstate highways in Texas." 45 is not among the three choices given here.

Also question 9, How is C correct? Saying that its only prohibited in school zones also implies that every other situation it is ok. Now if B was the answer, which says its only allowed during an emergency implies that using a phone is not allowed.
Who writes this crap for questions? No wonder there are soo many accidents.

One question says min speed on free way is 50, a later question (47) says its 40. Bad quiz.

Q12 is absurd: The question itself doesn't mention a hill. What if it's a flat road. Poorly written question.
