The funny thing is that marvel dosen't know about this collab. Both Ryan and Hugh willing decided to cameo on the M/V because they both love Straykids so much. Fast forward to now, both Hugh and Ryan are huge Stays, This collab was anticipated for stays for a while. Also Straykids will be featured in the new Deadpool and wolverine movie theough an OST ( original sound track )called "Slash"
I am pretty sure Ryan joked when he said that Marvel doesn't know)). no way Ryan and Hugh appeared in the MV without a GO from Marvel due to legal reasons.
They made a special song called 'slash' for the the deadpool movie❤️🌟

‘SLASH’ is the song they did for the movie Deadpool and Wolverine ❤️❤️ this was just an extra lil cameo from Hugh and Ryan. They both love Stray Kids, Specially Ryan that’s been a stay since 2021, discovered the boys from a performance in Kingdom where they performed God Menu mix with DUDUDU from Black Pink and it was in a theme of Deadpool.
Since then Ryan and Bang Chan (leader skz) had been really good friends exchanging gifts, social media post for each other etc. It’s a real friendship between them, that this cameo was not even known by Marvel nor Disney. So they just stole the suits and presented themselves there 😂
We love Ryan, Hugh and Stray Kids interactions since 2021 until NOW. ❤❤❤❤

Ryan Reynolds met Stray Kids through Felix's Deadpool screening in the Kingdom 2021, then Ryan Reynolds called Felix and thanked him for promoting his movie and gave him a gift of a mask and became friends with Stray Kids and then this beautiful collaboration happened.

Why do you give felix all the credit when Chan was the facilitator, it was Chan who had the online discussion and it was Chan who exchanged the gifts. If you look behind the music video, you'll see that the actors are clearly more familiar with chan.
Ryan Reynolds and Chan said in a recent interview together that they knew each other first. Felix was part of the interview and didn't dispute that statement.

This entire music video was shot in NYC when they were promoting Lose My Breath. In a later released interview with Ryan, Hugh, Felix, and Bang Chan, Ryan Reynolds said that Marvel had no idea he was doing this which just goes to show how big of a fan/friend he is of/with Stray Kids. Love when you guys react to them.
On a side note, you guys are the ones who first introduced me to them and it’s been the best experience. I’ll always come back for your SKZ reactions!

they also said that that interview was the first time they meet, which is obviously not true since they had met previously to shoot the MV together.
@@polyanagula from what I saw in the interview they never mentioned it was the first time seeing each other. Hugh wasn’t at the MV shoot, so it would’ve been the first time they saw him since the Met Gala (I think)

Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman were kind enough to participate in this cross-promotion and we're so thankful to them! You guys should definitely react to a lyric video for Slash, it's epic!
it is as eric said it is definitely a more laid back song to the standard skz songs we're used to.They actually said that it has a latin vibe to it, and you can clearly hear it in the hook.
BTW the song for the movie soundtrack is SLASH.

@@thetalantonx due I got soooo many lol. If you have a Spotify I would go there and listen to every song on the this is Stray Kids playlist. I would start off with their debut song: District 9 then a lot of people discovered them through gods menu. There are so many good songs. Its hard to choose which ones for a baby stay. Topline is a good one.

I love the relationship SKZ and Ryan & Hugh have forged since 2021. You don't ha e to react to it but if you want to see more of them interacting recently there is an interview Bang Chan and Felix do with them and the beginning of the Chk Chk Boom Making of MV with Ryan.

SKZ said that this time they wanted to create something more general public friendly but still with SKZ touch and I think they nailed it. And it is so sweat how the friendship between Chan and Ryan continues to grow since their first interaction in 2021 and they use each other for promotion :).

I purchased Slash, the Stay Kids song on the Deadpool 3 soundtrack --- and I love it ! Oh, and yes, I LOVE this too
Back in 21 These guys were on a show called Kingdom, They did a song and dance routine and Felix was Deadpool and from that the friendship between Chang Felix and Ryan developed. Felix is Australian the same as Hugh Jackman.
They have officially got a song in the OST but it is not this one. Check it out it's called SLASH no video to it yet but there is colour coded lyrics. I seen them this year at Hyde Park in London which is where I live. They are phenomenal live and good friends with the BLACKPINK girls.

Stray Kids actually does have a song on the sound track but it is an original song. Please look it up it is called SLASH. That will be on the actual original sound track of Deadpool and Wolverine. There is also a 1:10 video with this song. it has deadpool in it and it shows like previous deadpool scenes and a few from the new movie but they have it intime with a part of the SLASH song. check that out too if you get a chance. it was reallly cool.

I really really love watching you guys react to music in general, but also SKZ as a whole. They really are getting all the recognition they deserve and I'm so happy people like you guys (metalheads/hiphopheads) are reacting and loving it..
Definitely suggest reacting to more from their Oddinary Album, Maxident, 5 Star, and now ATE.
Would also recommend their live performances, (like MAMA 2022), or any of their performances from Kingdom: Legendary War. Watching them preform live is a completely different experience.

I love Stray Kids and love seeing you react to their music videos but you guys should definitely check out their live performances and/or their dance practices too. It showcases their talent so well. One of my faves is the Domino dance practice, which doesn’t have its own music video, so it would be a great way for you to experience the song beyond just a typical lyric video. 😁
But also if you would rather do a music video, please do Cheese. I think you guys would love it.

please react to TXT's "Dear Sputnik" or TXT's "Frost"!!! they are both REALLY good rock\alternative k-pop songs!! txt is a boy group in the 4th generation (very similar to Stray Kids in age!) they make a lot of different music but I personally think they have the best pop-rock in k-pop :)) one of the 5 total members, Huening Kai, produced "Dear Sputnik" himself!! Txt themselves are also familiar with SKZ as a group in the 4th gen, Yeonjun, the oldest member, is friends with Changbin and Felix! Another member, Beomgyu, also is friends with I.N!! I really do reccomend those first 2 songs for a better feel for their discography, but they have really good title tracks as well!! one of my favorites is their recent song : Deja Vu! according to google, "The title song 'Deja Vu' is a pop song that is a hybrid of Rage, a subgenre of Trap, and Emo Rock." It also resembles an older HYBE (specifically Bighit/BTS) style. Idk if you'll ever see this honestly, but they are really worth checking out and have amazing songs :) love your reactions to Melanie & SKZ , i hope you can watch TXT as well!!
