    Well explained to help people understand the advantages of shifting to BLDC.
    The pcb circuit referred to in BLDC, also holds the sensor which helps with determining the coil activation which plays the main role in making the motor spin. That's probably more technical part and you may want to cover it in a separate video for the benefit of your viewers

      मैंने एटमबर्ग का fan लिया था 5 महीने पहले,, 15-20 दिन पहले मोटर सड़ गई, मैने सर्विस केलिए रिक्वेस्ट डाली उन्होंने कहा हमारे यहां उनकी सर्विस नही है, और एक फोन कॉल पे मेरे उन्होंने परसों नई मोटर भेज दी रिप्लेसमेंट के तौर पे और पुरानी भी वापिस नहीं ली, अब पुरानी का क्या करू मैं ?? उसकी रिपेयर भी नही मेरे यहां, मैं मेरे पास के शहर बठिंडा भी गया था, के वो ठीक कर दें वो बोले यहां पे शायद कोई नही करेगा,, में सोच रहा था ठीक krva अपने दूसरे कमरे में लगा लूं।

    The pcb in bldc rotor is not for led lights only it contains controller circuit also with IR receiver. The upper part outside the fan is SMPS circuit

    Ten years ago i had made myself bldc fan using motorcycle stater and flywheel with bldc driver circuit made by myself. Stator coil rewinded to run with that bldc driver.

    Mera jo fan hai, woh kam se kam 40 yrs ho gaya , abhi bhi chal raha hai. Shrif 3 bar paint kia aur 5 se 6 bar capacitor & bearing change kia. BLDC Fan ka sbse bada jo cons hai, woh kabhi bhi lightning ki baje se kharap ho ja sakta hai. Kiu ki uska electronic system complicated hai. Repairing ho bhi sakta hai or nahi bhi. Repairing cost bhi high hoga.

    Well explained bhai lekin BLDC ka matalab batana chahiye,yani brushless direct current,yani isme koi ball bearing nahin hote hai aur friction bhi na ke borabor hai isiliye bohut kom energy consume kortey hai

    Technical accha samjhaya tumne. That's good. Lekin ek baat batao mere jaisa aadmi jo pichle 30 saal se normal fan use kar rha tha. Jisme ek regulator se 4-5 speed mode mil jate hain ghar ghuso switch on karo regulator apni marzi ka set karo ans relax. Uske samne ye remote mobile aap kyu... Ye aachi technology hai no doubt but simple chiz ko kyu complex kar rahe hain companies.
    Aur nirmal fan 1100 se leke 1700 tak aa jata hai and bldc me atleast 2500 lagega.

    Well explained. Thanks.one things while discussing bldc fan ist point of discussion should be about air delivery and then electricity saving. If air delivery not good them electricity saving is of no use.

      Bldc motors are used in electric scooters so we can say that they have much power.

      I think you are right sir basically the bldc motor and fan as well has less weight hence you can not afford heavy blades then obviously it delivers less air this is my opnion

      Ha bhai value for money hai atomberg hamare ghar me 4 atomberg ke fan hai 2 hall me aur do fan doo bedroom me. Hall ke dono fan subah 6 se rat ko 10 babe Tak chalu Rehte hai aur bedroom ke raat bhar chalu rehte hai aur hamara bill around 750 to 800rs aata hai aur dusare appliances Bhi use karte hai
      Aur performance bhi new like condition Jaisa Chalta hai hamare fan ko 3.5 years toh hogaye hai aur acha Khasa electricity savings karke deta hai

    Capacitor shuruaat mein push dene ke liye nahi balki 90⁰ phase difference create karne ke liye hota hai, jisse rotating magnatic field banti hai stator ke around aor rotor mein eddy current ki wajah se woh us rotating magnetic field ke saath saath ghumne lagta hai

      Regulator is of no use in BLDC fans, either you control the speed from remote or you can control the speed from the fan switch (in some models).

    Can we use capacitor on bldc fan my oriant 28 watt fan not working properly on low voltage does it work on it to improve it
