    Well explained to help people understand the advantages of shifting to BLDC.
    The pcb circuit referred to in BLDC, also holds the sensor which helps with determining the coil activation which plays the main role in making the motor spin. That's probably more technical part and you may want to cover it in a separate video for the benefit of your viewers

    Mera jo fan hai, woh kam se kam 40 yrs ho gaya , abhi bhi chal raha hai. Shrif 3 bar paint kia aur 5 se 6 bar capacitor & bearing change kia. BLDC Fan ka sbse bada jo cons hai, woh kabhi bhi lightning ki baje se kharap ho ja sakta hai. Kiu ki uska electronic system complicated hai. Repairing ho bhi sakta hai or nahi bhi. Repairing cost bhi high hoga.

    Ten years ago i had made myself bldc fan using motorcycle stater and flywheel with bldc driver circuit made by myself. Stator coil rewinded to run with that bldc driver.

    The pcb in bldc rotor is not for led lights only it contains controller circuit also with IR receiver. The upper part outside the fan is SMPS circuit

    Technical accha samjhaya tumne. That's good. Lekin ek baat batao mere jaisa aadmi jo pichle 30 saal se normal fan use kar rha tha. Jisme ek regulator se 4-5 speed mode mil jate hain ghar ghuso switch on karo regulator apni marzi ka set karo ans relax. Uske samne ye remote mobile aap kyu... Ye aachi technology hai no doubt but simple chiz ko kyu complex kar rahe hain companies.
    Aur nirmal fan 1100 se leke 1700 tak aa jata hai and bldc me atleast 2500 lagega.

    U missed some information.. we can operate normal fan with additional remote in just 500/-
    Normal fan are also available with LED as well
    Bldc circuit are mostly not repairable u have to purchase a new circuit near by 1000 bucks
    Bldc fan RPM: 350 to 360
    Noraml Fan RPM: 400 to 425
    Bldc Air Delivery:210
    Normal fan Air Delivery: 225 to 235
    Bldc fan not working on proper 25wts
    It's run on 25wats if you run your fan on slow speed
    Bldc consume near by 40wts if you run on high speed..
    Normal fan self life near by 10 years
    Bldc fan self life chale to chand tak nahi toh sham tak.
    Aur 1 saal me 1000 ra bachane ne chakkar me summer me bldc fan Normal fan jaisa kaam nahi dega

    मैं एक दशक से फेन वाइंडिंग का काम कर रहा हूँ लेकिन मेरे पास अधिकतर नार्मल फेन ही वाइंडिंग के लिए आते रहते हैं ओर अधिकतर 250 से 300 रुपये तक अच्छी तरह से रिपेयरिंग किये जा सकते हैं ओर ग्राहक भी परेशानी का सामना नही करना पड़ता माध्य्म ओर गरीब व्यक्ति भी आसानी से इसको सुधरा सकते हैं ओर रिपेयरिंग करने मैं भी हम इसकी 4 माह की ग्यारण्टी के सही करते हैं
    ओर रही बात BLDC फेन कि तो इसका भरोसा कम ही है pcb सिस्टम बहुत जल्द ही खराब हो जाने की सम्भावना है ओर रिपेयरिंग खर्चा बहुत ज्यादा आता है
    इसी लिए देशी अपनाये ओर खुश रहे ।
    वरना ये BLDC वाले चोचलो मैं जेब खाली करना है और रिपेयर के बाद ये कितनी सर्विस दे
    कुछ कहा नही जा सकता

      हर सेक्टर व वस्तु मे लूट ही मची है, सभी कम्पनिया एक्सपारी माल बना रही, जितनी गारंटी उतना ही सर्विस मिले. मिडल क्लास परेशान है. पहले फैन tv 20/30 साल चलते, वे क्वालिटी ये क्यू नहीं बना सकते. यहीं पे इनकी नियत पता चलती है. सरकारे देखे इनको.

      BLDC rejection 30%-40% in a market but, normal fan rejection in the market 5%-10% this is the main difference.. conductors have more life than Sami conductor

    My ceiling fan is 40 years old just changed bearings once, 20 years ago, capacitor works 4 to 5 years easily.
    Most important thing which they donot talk about is air throw, old fan have heavy motor and and thick metal blade which produce a very powerful air throw as compared to DC fan

    The capacitor does not push in starting of motor, it is a 3-phase motor which means capacitor is required for phase shifting.
    Remotes have IR led not sensor. PCB contains microcontroller for coil excitation.
    Covering present in bearing helps to seal grease.

      not 3-phase it is 2 phase motor, capacitor gives another phase of 90deg lagging voltage so that motor can be auto start.

    Sabse bada difference : Durability.
    Conventional fans bahut long lasting hote hain & repair ki zaroorat pade toh comparatively cheaply aur har jagah repair ho jaate hain chahe fan 30 saal purana ho.
    BLDC fan ki dugni, tiguni kimat hoti hai, jyada durable nahin hote conventional fans ki comparison main, more expensive to repair aur model purana ho jaye to pcb vagarah nahin milegain aur repair ke liye special knowledge chahiye.

    Capacitor shuruaat mein push dene ke liye nahi balki 90⁰ phase difference create karne ke liye hota hai, jisse rotating magnatic field banti hai stator ke around aor rotor mein eddy current ki wajah se woh us rotating magnetic field ke saath saath ghumne lagta hai

    BLDC na le to hi behtar.
    1) purane fans k comparison me iske kharab hone ki probability jyada hoti hai iske circuit ki wajah se
    2) repair mahanga hi padega
    3) agar company part supply karna band kar de to repair hone ke chances almost khatm ho jayenge
    4) bldc fans ke reviews dekhoge to pata chalega her brand me 1 common problem hai ki pankha full speed pe karne par ya to slow ho jata hai ya band ho jata hai

    Capiciter ka kam single phase double phase karne ka kam karta hai indirectly jab current capiciter se pass hota to bah usko 90° lead kardeta hai

    Me bahut comparison Kiya... or Normal Fan liya Bahut hight air Delivery hai... BLDC ki air delevery acchi nahi hai... isiliye power consumption kam hota hai air Drag hi nahi hota.... 😂 patti kafi slim hai

    Regular AC fans have been tested for decades, they are a very mature technology and fans run well for a good 10-12 years (except capacitor changes, which is very cheap). BLDC fans are electronics driven with complex PCB, remote etc, and the chances of damaging delicate electronic components is very high. In fact, when these fans do need PCB change, the cost of the PCB is more than the cost of a regular AC fan. Also, AC fans with lights and fancy designs have existed since many years too, from reputed brands like Orient, Crompton, Bajaj etc. Overall, I would very much prefer the much sturdy and worry-free AC fans instead of the delicate BLDC fans any day !
