Light ka to firbi 90 rs extra cost , current saving se balance home ka chance hai ( hota nahi hai), bldc fan ka extra cost.. Balance karna almost impossible..aur utna savings hota bhi nahi hai..light me to firbi 10 watt ka led, 100 watt ke incandescent ke barabar hai..to 90 watt ka saving hoga..yahapar 30-40 watt ka saving.. Not worth it really.. Normal fan 50-60 watt ke bhi hote hai..bldc ka application small electronics, computers etc me hi thik hai..

Main problem is longivity . bldc is not good due to PCB problem. normal fan have no pcb . it can long 20 years . or more i fan 50 years in my house usha fan still running no problem. But bldc fan can work only 1 year or less due to pcb. it may consume less . but less stable .
bldc fans ka ek hi main dikkat hain wo hain pcb... motor toh thik rhta hain lkin ajkl ke electronics components ka qlty bkar hota hain so pcb kharab hojta hain..

Nooo bro , Pcb doesn't convert Ac to Dc.. Its the smps that converts Ac to Dc... Pcb just controls the appliance
