The instructions say to press and hold the mode button for three seconds...all it did for me was to go into 6V mode. Thanks for adding the "secret sauce" that once the 6V light comes on to press the mode button repeatedly until REPAIR is lit.

Hello good Morning. Let's see if you can clear up a doubt I have about this battery maintainer/charger. My idea is to install this maintainer inside my vehicle right next to my AGM gel battery connected perpetually to the battery posts with the noco eyelet cables; Having only to connect the 220v power cable to my home network when I want to charge the battery or when I am going to be away from using the vehicle for more than a month.
The question and doubt I have is:
Is the battery drained or rather, could there be some consumption in the battery in the event that while my vehicle is stopped WITHOUT CONNECTING the charger to the power, the battery drains slowly due to some consumption (because it is not connected to the 220v power?
I ask you because I have an optimate and if I leave the maintainer connected to the battery without it being plugged into the house power, the battery will completely drain in two weeks.

    • @PhillyDee215

I wouldn't leave nothing connected to the battery unless your servicing the battery, but are you sure there's nothing wrong with the battery itself?

@PhillyDee215 I went into charge mode after I couldn't get it in repair mode. It's complete now. Fully charged.
I did some research and found that all 3 lights mean the battery's temperature is too hot or too cold for the desired mode. And since Satan was sipping a drink next to my ride I'd go with the battery was too hot.:):):):)
