I think the hardest thing about being creative and coming up with new ideas, is that everywhere you look, someone else already thought of it before.
Then you realize that all great artists have taken ideas from others works and incoperated their own way to it… painters, scientists, muscians… creativity is not only about originality, but also about who you are and how you present yourself, and add onto others ideas… you’re important enough to incorporate. It’s never good to copy, some people believe this is copying, the actual word would be sampling though, and honestly, your favorite painter, poet, musician, writer, ect… has definitely done it before. Ideas come from ideas. At least now they do.

use that as an inspiration.. i'm not creative, but sometimes i can be overflowing with ideas and get inspired by something and tweak it a little bit to get an original idea
1. Have a problem --- solution
2. Listen --- wifi for ideas
3. Look around --- observe
4. write down every idea

My head always brings ideas. Sometimes i get too many ideas and today i have a lot of business because my head can't stop generating ideas. Nothing more enjoyable to me more than creating a plan and making the ideas into reality.

I've always been lost great ideas coming across my brain suddenly. When I try to retrieve them back, it takes days to bring them back. The last point of this talk would be a new strategy to keep everything recorded.

We have solutions only when there's a problem. Embrace problems every day, There's a solution to all problems if we listen, observe, not complain and stress. Ideas come when we are in the thick of a problem and left alone without any options. When there's a scarcity, where there's a lack we find fast solutions.

You definitely need to write down all good ideas that you come up with, I've had some pretty amazing ideas in the past (at least imo from what i remember) and forget them all by the next day because I never right them down. Going to start doing that now

Major Theories
1. Incubation effect
Sleep on it (or just do summin else for a while)
2. Convergent and divergent thought
Think broad, then narrow down
3. Creative cognition
Break it down to 'first principles' (as the Tesla dude says) and expand beyond it
4. Explicit-Implicit interactions
Write down what 'just is true' about your context and what would need to be implied to assume that
5. Conceptual Blending
Mix and match different thoughts, styles, categories
6. Honing Theory
Ask questions that 'hone' your understanding

You guys got it all wrong: The best way to get a very good idea is to use F5. See, using F5 gives you a whole new perspective and allows you to see a way that you couldn't have seen before.

I enjoy writing and I really think I have a great idea for a interesting article. I mean it would probably give me joy writing it because I believe it is interesting.
I used to love writing. In English class if I was given the tools I could just write. Now? I cannot do it. I watch you tube tips and so on.

That's not the only idea I started. I started a short story, which then became just like me talking out loud, and then it was just based on me and I just got to the stage I said 'what is the point'
