Weed can have varying effects depending on the individual. It's not all good and it's not all bad - there's no one size fits all approach. My intention with sharing my story is to hopefully help you better understand you own relationship with weed and thoughtfully decide whether it's truly serving you or not. 💕
For science based evidence on the benefits and risks, I urge you to do your own research.

I imagine this took a lot of courage to share this online. Thanks for being vulnerable with us

very interesting video! thank you for sharing that :) i was also a regular weed user for about 2-3 years and looking back on it, it definitely held me back from my potential. it made me feel too comfortable in my current position in life, i wasn't interested in moving forward with my personal/career goals. i stopped a year ago and i've since moved out of my parent's, have a job, and met my wonderful bf. not saying weed is the sole reason i hadn't accomplished those things, but it definitely didn't help lol. it did offer me benefits(helped me with sleep, social anxiety) but yea. if i had access to it still, i would take it only every once in a while to wind down.

This is so refreshing. I think these things but never had someone say it back to me. Thanks!

Awesome video. I really relate to struggling with freeze responses in response to my own emotions. Therapy was a very similar journey for me. My coping mechanisms came out in creating unhealthy relationship dynamics to try to regulate. Sort of the binge eating equivalent in relationships.

love this video!! I really relate to your story and it has solidified some things I’ve been thinking lately. Definitely want to start making more conscious choices when it comes to smoking.

Great storytelling and to the point. In my experience im glad i quit weed fully it did nothing for me except make me paranoid, sick and comfortable not progressing. If people have a positive experience from it just do it sparringly

Thank you! Agreed - even with a positive experience you can have too much of a good thing, making it harmful.
