Catch and cook, crabs Queensland Australia, best sandwichs

The Aussie Fisherman Greg, I will show you how to make delicious crab sandwiches. The mudcrabs I caught these muddies in the muddy mangrove creeks in northqueenland yesterday. I have a crab cooker I bought from Iron and Bark, which is a very good product. Check them out. I decided to cook these few on the stove. I cleaned and took the shells off before I cooked them. That ways you'll only have to cook the mudcrabs for about 12 to 15 minutes at boiling point.
My wife said I should have included the taking of the meat out as well in this video. So, in the next video I do on catch and cook, and I will include that. There is a really easy way to get the meat out of a mudcrab.
In my opinion, the mudcrab sandwichs are the best way to eat them. There are a lot of different ways to eat mudcrab meat. But I love the crab sanger.

Hi Gary, I love cooking up a feed of mudcrabs .I have been fishing and mudcrabbing professionally for 46 years. Since I was 3 years old, I have been around fishing and crabbing, My father was a professional fisherman. I don't think of what I do as a job, I just love doing it. Cheers Greg 😊.
